The doctors are top notch. I've been seeing PA Bethany and my wife has been seeing Dr. Koester for…read moreyears. Bethany has done several procedures on my face and does incredible work. My problem is with the billing dept. My wife has needed an allergy shot every month for the last year. Before starting we were told that they could administer the shots there or we could probably do it ourselves if we felt confident doing so, and if they did it it would only be a minimal amount. That turned out not to be the case, as the doctor pointed out fine print in the RX that it needed to be done in a medical setting. That was fine until the first bill. We were charged $52 for 5 minutes of a nurses time. That is more than the co-pay to see the doctor for a visit. After some talking an arrangement was made to charge ONLY $30. But every time I have to argue with billing to remind them of that arrangement. This time my wife went alone and was charged $80, 30 for the nurse and 50 for a co-pay. And she never saw the doctor. Sadly, that is the last straw and we are through with this office. Is money needed so badly that the billing department has to rake patients over the coals to squeeze every possible dollar from them?

Dr. Graham immediately stated the huge knot on the side of my leg needed to be drained and he stated he could do it. After giving me a shot in the area to numb it, he proceeded to drain it. I felt immediate relief & he prescribed an antibiotic before I left. I had been to Dr. Graham a few years before & at that visit he noticed a birthmark under my arm and stated it showed markers for cancer & needed biopsies, which he did with negative results. Both times I've seen this doctor, he has gone above & beyond my expectations. I appreciate that he is thorough and professional & I would definitely recommend him. His assistant was also friendly & professional.

We saw Dr Ringer and very pleased with him. Nice personality. Great job on closing wound with staples. Highly recommend him. The care instructions on paper were still not what all the young guy that helped finish closing told us. So next morning, I had questions. It was A Friday, and papers noted they only work shorter hours. I did call within the time showing for a Friday. Answering service said no one was in office. I was not happy at all with that response so was told they would contact someone. I was called back and my questions answered. So take notes for extra details, don't assume they will be on papers.

I found three dr that I wanted to check out and Dr Lowe was one of them! From day one Dr Lowe treated me like a person. He answered my millions of questions and was extremely honest with what my results might be! I'm a carpenter so I had questions and concerns about work and recovery and how many surgeries I would need. After the first consult I had to save up money so I waited almost another year, maintaining my weight, to get the money and one of the nurses called me and left a message about coming in for another consult. Since I was at work I couldn't answer , but called back at lunch to have Dr Lowe personally answer the phone, He said he was helping his nurses out! What kind of Dr does that? Not only did he talk with me about the surgeries I wanted again, he scheduled my next consultation and a tentative surgery date! From there I had three more appts where he talked to me as long as I had questions. Never rushing me! His Nurses are amazing also,I would go as far as saying they care for you like they are your family or a close friend. Definitely amazing and never degrading. So on October 28, 2020 I had a lower body lift, muscle repair, my arms and a little lipo done to remove the main problem areas for me. I had a bit of a rough recovery just because that's a lot for a body to heal at one time, But followed Dr. Lowes instructions to the T and I had very tiny issues that he got me threw. He was always there or a phone call away if I needed something or was worried! I will definitely be going back for more work, my legs then my chest or flipped will be next and I can't wait for the day! It was really amazing being able to wear a bikini for the first time ever this summer! Thanks Dr Lowe and your amazing staff.

I made the mistake of trying to joke around with this doctor when he walked in the room. I was there for a quote for eyelid surgery and he seemingly wanted to ask me what other areas I was concerned about? I said well I guess none of us like our chins and pointed at his and mine! He immediately took great offense and his attitude became rude and condescending asking who was giving the consult me or you! After that he did everything he could to insult my intelligence and my past use of Botox etc.. Then it seemed the price of everything got larger and larger and when I said what his website suggested in range he basically called me a liar even though I have a photo of each page I read. I finally said well you scared me off sufficiently so I would leave. His intent was to run me off at that point. As I left I said enjoy that $50 nothing more! He lied on his summary saying I called him a name after that which I DID NOT! Be careful with him he has a very large ego and takes himself way too seriously! He quoted me over $10000 for lower eyelid surgery. Much more than his website says. Then he said his website was being redone. The staff was very nice on the phone and in person. I hate that the visit went that way. I've never had a visit like that with any doctor in my 69 years!
