It was a pain, but the fact that this store had the products I needed was golden. I stopped here yesterday because I sat on her grabber and broke it. In my defense it was hiding under her afghan. She said she absolutely needed a new one after my super gluing job didn't hold it together. I got her a new one, which is even better, especially for picking up pens and other small objects like her eye drops. I even got 15% off with my Yelp Check in! It was a win- win situation because I re- glued the original grabber and it works fine, so I get to keep it.

BINSONS' DUMPED THIS USED BED ON AN 80 yr old WOMAN!…read more Hospital bed was ordered to help with assisted living. The bed was not new but it was clean when delivered. When it came time for me to transfer to another assisted living, I was told by Katie, of Binson's, the bed could be donated back to them. So an appointment was made to do so. Two days before that appointment, my niece called Binson's to confirm the time of pick up. Binson's said they would not take it back. They said it was owned by me, now. They told me to put it in the trash! Whose trash? How will I get to that trash? They offered no other solutions, just that I own it now. In other words, BINSONS' DUMPED THIS USED BED ON AN 80 yr old WOMAN! I don't know where or who to turn to, now. I really can't afford to pay a moving company or trash hauler and cleary can't do this myself. I am on a fixed income. Shame on Binson's. I would never recommend this company, again!

Up until I turned 65 I used a big company to get my compact speedy catheters. Just before I turned Medicare eligible, the big company told me I was no longer eligible to get the speedy catheters that gave me freedom to do nomal activities. I was devastated and couldn't believe there was nothing, aside from going back to an open system, which would have prevented me from leaving the house AND, here's the kicker, I also had to have TWO urinary tract infections at least a month apart before being eligible. Eventually someone told me about GNS Medical Supplies. They worked with me to get me my speedy catheters paid for by Medicare. I will be forever grateful and a customer the rest of my life. Thank You!

I called a few medical supply stores in my area and was surprised to find that many of them either closed early or did not sell to the public. I called MI Med before arriving just to make sure they were open and that they would sell to me. The woman on the phone was very friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately due to being stuck at urgent care I made it to the store 15 min before they closed. The lady I spoke to on the phone (I can't remember her name) was the one that waited on us. Although she was due to close in 15 min she went above and beyond helping me find what I needed, she went in the back twice to go through inventory and called her boss a few times just to make sure they were able to get what I needed. She was never pushy or short and was extremely helpful and kind all while doing so! We ended up being there after the store closed and she continued with excellent customer service!
