The first time I sat in the waiting room an hour and a half after my scheduled appointment to be seen just for the dr to brush off every concern. The whole visit took over 2 hours and there was only 1 other patient. The 2nd time was 3 weeks later and I showed up 10 min early for a 10am appointment. The receptionist took vitals and the dr wasn't even in the building. We sat in the waiting room for over 40 min before deciding to leave. The dr drove past me as I was leaving the parking lot lot. Apparently coming in late is becoming a normal practice for this dr. Beware this is not a medical group. This is one individual dr that runs this office. If she's not there on time youre waiting for her. I see she used to get great reviews, but maybe time has taken its tole and the quality isn't there anymore.

The girls were so kind and thoughtful. They engaged with my kids. We moved and I called a few times requesting vaccine records and everytime I mention their names they still remember them and ask how they are doing. To me that is beyond special. I took my son to see Dr. Monfared because he was sick. After examining him, she recommended a strep…read moretest, and my husband and I agreed. She later returned and told us that my son tested positive for strep. I then asked if my husband and I could also be tested, and she later told us that all three of us tested positive. However, we were not shown the test results. She prescribed antibiotics for my son. I asked if she could also prescribe antibiotics for my husband and me, but she said she could not, which I understood. After leaving, I decided to seek a second opinion the same day. Another doctor tested all three of us for strep, and all of the results came back negative. That doctor also showed us the actual test results. To be thorough, we also went to Hoag Urgent Care later that same day for another test, and those results also came back negative for strep. Both places told us that what my son has is most likely viral and does not require antibiotics. I want to give Dr. Monfared the benefit of the doubt, but this experience was very concerning. I'm not sure if there was an issue with the testing process, the test kit, or some other explanation. It was frightening because I was very close to giving my baby--who is under 18 months old--antibiotics that may not have been necessary. This situation was especially disappointing because I had hoped she could become my son's pediatrician. It is very easy to make appointments, often even on the same day, the office is close to us, and she appears to be easy to talk to.

The whole staff and Dr.Jefferey were just amazing in coordination and keeping me updated on the progress with my niece while she was under anesthesia . I'd like to thank Dr.Cherish DDS for the great work as well without her this wouldn't have got done.The only thing I recommend for future reference is to inform parents to bring an extra pair of clothes for their kids in case they have an accident after waking up from anesthesia. My kid had a slight accident when waking up.however the staff was amazing in helping me with her. Thank you so much. You guys are amazing at mobisurg.

Dr Choi spoke to us in a way that was professional and serious which made my son understand how serious his habits can impact his overall wellbeing. I really appreciated her care.
