We know we can reach out and get our questions answered about the real estate market even if we aren't going to be buying or selling at that moment. There's never any sales pressure with her. When we sold our condo in downtown Tacoma to get a single family home in Central Tacoma, Marguerite advised us as we prepared. Then, when the time was right, she connected us with an amazing local agent. Eventually we bought the house next door directly from our neighbor. Even though there was no commission in it for her, Marguerite was always happy to make recommendations, advocate for us, and provide vendor recommendations for inspections and repairs. The service Marguerite provides is really unique. We love her realness and honesty as well as her real estate expertise, and we know she will always give us great service and advice. We highly, highly recommend her!

After a rental situation got a little sketchy, my husband and I decided to sell, and I actually found Paige's team through an old-fashioned mailer that I'd held onto for months before reaching out. I explained what I needed, a full concierge-style team that could handle everything from two states away, and from there, it became a completely contactless sale. I sat at home in California while Paige's team handled the heavy lifting, with me only stepping in for a few DocuSign forms and quick decisions over the phone. The house sat on the market for several months before we made a small price adjustment, and within three days of that change, we had multiple competitive offers and landed a full-price deal. Paige stayed attached to every email throughout and always chimed in with advice, even though Michelle was my main point of contact, so I never felt like Paige was removed from the process. She's clearly the top Realtor in Gig Harbor by a wide margin, and I trust her judgment so much that I still consider her a friend I'd call for real estate advice anywhere, not just in her own market.

I eventually reached out to Paige after consistently seeing her name on signs throughout the area, and from our very first meeting, the difference was obvious. Paige immediately identified the core issue and walked us through the data, showed us the correct strategy, and had the property professionally listed within a week. We received an offer that same weekend. The staging alone was a night and day improvement. Paige personally oversaw every detail, including coordinating a septic inspection, and when I moved out mid sale, she took it upon herself to check on the house regularly until closing. What truly set her apart was her communication and clear, proactive strategy from day one; this was of extreme importance to us. Paige delivered exactly what we had been missing: a professional who knew what needed to be done and executed it flawlessly. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I don't even know where to begin writing this review. Anne is beyond amazing. She is truly an…read moreexceptional realtor. We sought out to find a realtor to list our first home for sale. My husband was being relocated, so technically we were supposed to use one of the company's appointed real estate agents, but I stumbled upon Anne's website through a mutual friend who had used her to sell their home in Tacoma and I immediately liked her online persona. I then found out from my neighbors that Anne had sold the house next door to us, as well as the one directly behind us (in about a week!). I knew immediately that we needed to hire Anne. So we jumped through a few hoops with our relocation company to allow us to use a different realtor. Now that our house has officially sold, I can say that this was truly the best decision we could have made. In fact the realtors that our company had selected for us had told us they were going to list our home for roughly 50-75K less than what Anne suggested listing it at. Now that it has closed, had we gone with the other realtors we would have left at least 50K on the table. That is a lot of extra money we made thanks in large part to Anne! She is so knowledgeable about the University Place market, she knew things about our house and location that even we didn't know. She went above and beyond our wildest expectations as a realtor. She answered our questions (many many questions!!) via text and email almost immediately... and this is over the course of three months from listing to final close! After we had already moved she went to our house before showings to turn on lights, heat it up and be there to greet the other real estate agents. She was even on hand to schedule our movers when the time came for us to finally move into our new home in Texas. I haven't even touched on the beautiful youtube video she made for our house which generated close to 2,000 views!! The online marketing she did to target specific buyers that would be a good fit for our house, as well as her in person demeanor. She is truly a remarkable person and realtor. My only complaint is that she doesn't live in Texas and therefore isn't able to help us buy our next house! THANK YOU ANNE! You set the bar really high! :)
