I wanted a ring designed for 3 generations of diamonds, my grandmother's, my mother's and mine, to eventually pass down to my daughter. I went in with a design in mind and Frances perfectly created on paper exactly what I envisioned and described. Aaron then created the ring perfectly! It's so beautiful, and I love it!! Everyone there is so sweet, so very good at what they do, they take the time needed to get things just right from design to finished product, and the cost is very reasonable, imo. It's easy to tell they take pride in what they do, as they should because they're all excellent at their job, they're genuinely nice, good people there, and the result of all they provide is an extremely satisfied and overjoyed customer! :-)

When I wrote a letter to customer service they replied by telling me that I had put the item in my cart when there was a discount which was NOT TRUE.....This was my 3rd issue with Zales customer service. I followed along the Delivery Progress on the Shop app every. single. day. only to be consistently let down. When reaching out to Mexicaliblues customer service via Email for any kind of compensation, they replied with "We cannot control issues with delays caused by postal carriers...you are welcome to file a claim with them!" Just wondering why I paid $10.15 for an extremely poor shipping job? USPS seems to only allow filing claims if the order is still missing/damaged. Very weary about ever ordering from this site again, which makes me sad because the product is totally my style. Hope y'all can do better or make USPS do better.
