If you think ahead try to get reservations for a seat overlooking the beach from above, we didn't but we were lucky enough to be seated outside so those facing it have a nice view of the ocean, I was the odd man out, what a nice dad I think you're thinking. The service was good although the waiter felt that he had to tell some sort of joke every time he came to the table which wasn't bad but by the end you realized that he was trying to make a joke every time he came to the table. I had the grilled fish, I believe it was golden bream, it was amazing but who doesn't like grilled fish. My daughters shared the Cataplana which was a hit. My wife's polvo was really good and cooked very well. On the "would I go back metre"? Yes but not before I picked through some of the other restaurants around town

We showed up at 6pm when they opened and got one of the few unreserved tables after being scolded for not having a reservation! I got the grilled sea bass which was very good with lots of veggies. My wife got the grilled squid which she liked a lot. We splurged on dessert only 5 euros - almond tart and a tiramisu - both were tasty. Nice place, good food - make a reservation a few days in advance!

The service was very welcoming and friendly and even asked all my questions about types/choices/ingredients (if you need this info-they do not have soy milk, only regular milk), explaining the variety of all the yummy pastries to me. As for the taste, I loved the pastel de nata (have had the original one in Lisbon, too and it's very close), though it could have been warm to make it perfecto! The almond&pumpkin cake was delicious, too, although too sweet for my taste. I really liked the chocolaty flavor of the carob&lime cake, the lime was nice but unfortunately a bit too sweet as well. Our absolute favorite one though was THE apple crumble served with vanilla ice cream-it was hot, not too sweet and had a very deliciously cinnamon taste and did I say "ooohhhh sooo good!!!!" My boyfriend liked the white wine and the Latte Macchiato was good, too. A bit pricey as mentioned before but absolutely worth it! A friend of ours had been here for lunch/food/fish and also highly recommended it! And yes, it's very clean and tidy, too ;-) #vacationfeelings#romanticspot#simplylovely :-)

It was good wine so don't hesitate to get it. Was recommended to do the "Rodizio". A multi course offering of fresh grilled fish, served like a churrasco - except with fish!. They provide a side of diced tomatoes and onions in a seasoned olive oil dressing that gets replenished if you eat it all. Definitely a must, especially as a palate rest between fish.
