I visited the next day and found the party supply store located in a quaint shopping center. When I arrived I found the staff to be very welcoming and warm. They helped me find what I was looking for and made recommendations on candy and a stick to hit the piñata. The piñata was huge and a reasonable price. The guests at my party had a wonderful time with the activity. Now that I know that Dinos exists I'll be sure to stop there for all of my future party needs.

I also told them that I might need to rent a outdoor heater as well if it got too cold. They told me the price and I had until the week of to decide if I wanted to add any additional items to my rental. I ended up nothing needing a outdoor heater since the weather wasn't too cold. They delivered the day before the event and confirm with me when they were an hour away. We had an issue where 1 table and 3 chairs got damaged so I let them know. I ended up paying for them since it was my responsibility and I got to keep them. On the day of the pickup, they let me know when they were about 30 minutes away and took everything back quickly. I had a great experience using this rental place and will do so again if needed.

I think it felt so SKETCHY because one the clientele was a bit odd and two the store literally looks like a front for something else. We found Charly's online and decided to inquire about their services because they had such great reviews on other sites. We were looking to rent tables and chairs for a graduation party. Most places were charging about a $1 per chair and $10 for a table. Personally, I have no clue what the standard rate would be for renting items such as these but Charly gave us a great deal compared to other places. We ended up renting 6 round tables that were able to accommodate about 8 people each, 2 large rectangular tables (about 8 feet), 50 chairs, and table clothes for all 10 tables for just about $100. They brought the supplies the day before and picked them up bright and early the next day. I did like that they made it a point to call us before they showed up. It allowed us to time things out and make use of our day instead of waiting around for the typical 2-4 hour window that most delivery places give you. At first I thought maybe it was because it wasn't their balloon, but even the balloons I purchased from them were overfilled. Two or three regular round balloons actually popped before I even made it home.
