So, when my grandmother's 95th birthday came around, we wanted to do something really, really special. I had my 35th birthday cake from Bread Box up here in San Antonio, and it was decorated in beautiful icing flowers, so we decided something similar could be done for Grandma, and we went with Gourmet Central by Cel. Mom placed the order for a cake to have flowers on it, especially sunflowers, Grandma's favorite. I went with Mom to pick up the cake and we looked around the cases for additional sweets to enjoy. We picked a box of half a dozen chocolate croissants. Sadly, the cake was missing the sunflowers. I think they missed it on the order, because sunflowers weren't mentioned at all on the order ticket. However, they were kind enough to quickly pipe a few sunflowers over the cake for us. The fix took about 15 minutes, and they were very polite about getting that fixed up for us. The cake itself was delicious, with the frosting not being overbearing. In fact, the frosting was very light and pleasant, and Grandma especially appreciated that.

She said it was delicious with a good spice. As with most restaurants since Labor Day, help is hard to find so give them a try and take your patience with you.
