My go to spot when I am craving mariscos and fresh ceviche. Do not forget about the delicious Michelada they have here, very refreshing. Food is good here, but the service can sometimes lack. The senoras waiting on you can either be a hit or a miss. The tacos de gobernador or shrimp are a hit here also! Remember to ask for extra salsa. Stop by if you are in the area and see for yourself! read more

I really don't understand all the hype is about. I have been there twice and both times I have had a bad experience. First time I took my father in which we were Unable to have a conversation. Music is way too loud for a family restaurant since they don't have a dance floor. The second time, they were very busy and we waited and waited for our food to come. When it arrived, items were missing. After asking our waiter the items she said oh you didn't order anything for your mom. I said I didn't but she did, she ordered the same thing I did. (Over priced shrimp tostadas) Smh. read more

Heard this place is good. So I dropped in to order pick up. I ordered a large Campechana and Shrimp Cocktail. Boy you get a lot of shrimp and food! No skimping here! They also packed a stack of crunchy tosatadas, saltine crackers, ketchup, Mayo sauce and tapatio---didn't have to ask! Love it!! The place was packed for lunch. Called for a pickup order at 11:30am to be picked up at 12:20pm. Arrived at 12:30pm, and my food was still not ready. Even though I called 3 times to confirm my order and the price the food was still made incorrectly. I ordered Shrimp Ceviche and they charged me for Fish Ceviche. I waited for an additional 40 minutes and only had two people check in with me during this time. I didn't receive my food until 1:40PM meanwhile people coming in after me received their orders first. Make sure when you order you speak loudly and clearly, and double check everything these people are insanely unprofessional and unprepared. They need additional training ass all the servers were crashing into each other and didn't look like they knew what to do. There is another mariscos place across the street. I will be sure to try out Mariscos El Moreno before I ever come here again. read more

I gave it two stars because the food was OK not great just OK. The music was way too loud. I mean way too loud. Couldn't even speak to the person sitting next to you without raising your voice. The service was horrible. I tipped 15% because that's what you should do not because I really wanted to I normally tipped 20 to 25% at other restaurants when the service is good. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE! They're rude over the phone and sometimes do not even answer. Also have gone and ordered to go. They had me waiting for 30-40 minutes. When i went to ask how much longer till my food was ready she checked under the counter and there it was. They never called my name. This has happened twice already. Ive gone a few times hoping maybe it was just those times but they seem to never fail at bad customer service. read more
