I never felt pressured or upsold on anything and while they are constantly booked up with appointments months out, they set aside dates and times for new patients and/or emergencies. On top of that, they're open early in the mornings AND on weekends so they make it easy for people who can't take time off of work during the week. From the first time I talked to her, I knew that she could. She listened to all my concerns and gave thoughtful and personal answers. Like she was listening to me! What I also really appreciate with this practice is that they don't try sell you on procedures that you don't need, just for the money. With my implants, I know that they'll need to be replaced at some point. I'm actually already in the timeframe where it would be perfectly normal to get them replaced. But every time she tells me "sure, we can, but you're taking good care of them so they'll hold for a few more years." Things like that also made me listen when she told me that there was something that concerns her, and she wanted to go dig in. She had my trust that she wasn't just saying that. I told her to go ahead and turned out that she was right. She helped me avoid some tooth pain in the future. The hygienists are thorough and professional and do such a great job. Their admin staff is so also fantastic. They are competent, friendly and proactive. There is absolutely nothing negative that I can say about this practice. Even the soap they have in the bathroom smells amazing. I have now moved away from the Peninsula. I admit that I'm considering driving the hour to continue to go to her.

I completely understand it. Quality care and experienced staff deserve fair compensation. Dr. Wong is thoughtful, thorough, and never rushes appointments. He explains things clearly and takes a conservative approach, which I truly appreciate. His hygienists are fantastic -- gentle but meticulous -- and you leave feeling like your teeth got the five-star treatment. The front desk team is consistently polite, organized, and efficient. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this office to new patients.
