After interviewing several cleaning services, I chose Dakin Spotless Cleaning, largely because of the owner, Shelly. She was professional, attentive, thorough, and punctual from our very first conversation. She came out for a site visit, confirmed the requirements in person, and gave me upfront pricing -- no website forms, just a straightforward conversation with someone who actually understood the job. Her team tackled every nook and cranny of a 40-foot trailer. Dust was caked on above the furniture, and the vent covers had years of grime on them -- now they're sparkling. They even cleaned inside the air vents themselves. It was not an easy job, but they took it on without hesitation and did a fantastic job. Shelly's follow-up was excellent too -- when I asked her to take a second look at a spot, she and her team came right back and went above and beyond what I'd asked for. The trailer is spotless now, and I'm genuinely impressed. I'll admit I'm not an easy customer -- I have high expectations, and Dakin Spotless Cleaning managed to exceed my expectations. If you need a deep clean done right, call Shelly. I'd recommend them for any job, big or small.

We have approx 60 people who work in the building plus 30+ visitors daily. They clean the toilets once a week if we are lucky and all they seem to do is wipe the top of the seats never underneath. They never vacuum or mop any of the floors. I am really tired of cleaning our ladies room daily like they are supposed to. There is one toilet that has the same spots or stains in it for over a week now because I will not clean it this time so I can see how long the spots actually stay there. Repeated calls seem to fall on deaf ears. Public toilets need to be cleaned DAILY!! All they ever seem to do is empty the garbage. We specifically requested that they clean the windows, floors, doors, and do an overall deep clean. Unfortunately, they left the house still visibly dirty. There were fingerprints still on the windows, the doors were filthy, the stove hadn't been touched, and the floors were not cleaned properly. In fact, when I returned the next day with someone else to finish the job, the mop water was dark with dirt--clear proof that the floors hadn't been cleaned at all. This was a careless and lazy job. We paid for a service that was simply not delivered, and I had to spend additional time and money to get the home cleaned properly. I would not recommend this company based on our experience.
