I found the perfect dress for my daughters wedding after shopping at many stores and online. The price was very reasonable and I couldn't be happier. My only complaint is the tailor that I was referred to couldn't add a cap sleeve for me and he hemmed it crooked and too long. I had to have it rehemmed at another tailor and they added a sleeve. I received numerous compliments on the dress.

We went to a few shops (we avoided to "order by catalog" places, as I saw nightmare reviews about them). We ended up at 24/7 Fashion, and a girl named Rocio helped us (I think that's her name, sorry if I'm wrong or misspelled it). She was so nice & patient. She helped us with our zippers when we tried some dresses on and gave us her opinion on how we looked (she wasn't a "yes" person which I liked.) She got us different sizes and styles in the colors we were looking for and eventually helped us find the perfect dresses!

She quoted me $275.62, I gave her a deposit of $75.62, leaving me with a balance of $200.00. Since I do not live in Huntington Park, I called less than a week later and asked her how the order was going. She said "Please come in I want to have your daughter to try it on and see if you want me to add more roses on the dress". I went that Sunday with my daughter and my cousin. When we got there, she brought the dress and veil out. First, she didn't listen to my clear instructions on how I wanted the dress, in our initial meeting I clearly gave her instructions on the rose embroidery placement on the dress. She placed a few roses, and I did not pay for the dress to have a few roses. When it came to the veil she also just put a few roses on her veil, I said "Please add more, this is not acceptable. "She then said, "I only have a few roses left and they are not going to be enough for the dress, but I can add them to the veil." I had no choice, but then goes to the back and brings out this black fabric with roses and says, 'I have this one, but the red roses are on black fabric because where I went to buy it, they did not have any more white fabric on red roses." Apparently, she cut all the rose embroidery from the fabric, and she never once mentioned this was going to be the technique. I would NOT have agreed to that. Her assistant said, "It took me so long to cut all those roses out." I told Loly and the other lady that I gave Loly clear instructions on what I wanted and that she should have called me that there weren't enough roses because I would have easily sourced a fabric store in the fabric district of Downtown L.A. She then got REALLY irritated and went to the back and told me she wanted me to take the dress that day. There was a change in Loly's mood immediately, when I began questioning her. We waited longer than 30 minutes, while she added more roses to the veil. I settled on the dress not having as many roses, because my daughter and my cousin said Loly is mad, let's just pay and leave. I went to pay my $200 balance, (as written on the receipt). Loly then said, "I didn't include the veil, that will be an additional $75.00." I told her that it's incorrect that the veil is written on the original receipt. She had the original receipt and then she proceeded to add $75.00 below my balance on the original receipt. OMG, I said "Did you just do that?" I paid with my bank card with the intention of disputing the extra $75, she added, with my bank. Once I paid, I told her she was a thief and should be ashamed of ripping people off. She didn't say anything, because I have a feeling, she does this all the time. I am disputing the $75.00 she added to my bank and showed my bank proof the original receipt had the veil included in total I had to pay $350.62 for her poor work, $75.00 that she added in front of me. I could not believe her, in plain sight, she ripped me off. Don't give this old lady any business, she is DISHONEST AND IS A LIAR. SHAME ON HER FOR BEING A THIEF

They're only nice in the beginning so you can buy the dress and rude afterwards! To top if off the owner or owners son was there and didn't even acknowledge that she was being rude! Giving them one star is more than what they deserve. My family and I have been on the hunt for elegant dresses for my niece's sweet 16 and this place has beautiful dresses. I looked elsewhere and knew what fabric and style I liked for my body so I found THEE DRESS. THE ONE. We politely asked 2 staff members for help and whenever we had a question we were asked if we spoke Spanish and when we said our Spanish was poor they would say ok and continue to attend other families so we continued to wait till they came back to us. When we were able to get their undivided attention and asked to try on the dress I wanted in a size XL, they brought me a 3x... when I tried it on obviously it was not the correct size she told me it's only to see how it looked on me... so I asked for the smaller size again and explained I wanted to get a better idea of the dress in my size even if it was in a different color so I know how the fit will be... she then brought me a 2x. Same issue. So since the lady assisting me didn't understand my request the manager comes and asks what is the problem. I further explain how I'd like to try on an XL because that is the size I've been trying on in similar dresses with the same cut , material , etc. The manager then tells me "I'll tell you right now an XL will not fit you. It won't fit your arms so the 2x you have is the best idea for you to try on" I told her how the 2x was overflowing and not hugging my body at all and how I tried on a L and XL elsewhere so I know it will if I may PLEASE try it on. She then explained how dresses are made by different companies and how they run different so it won't fit me. I stated I understood that and since the dress was the exact same at the previous shops I would still like to try the XL so she walked away and had the original staff member bring it to me. I tried it on and BOOM. The dress fit. Beautifully. The manager came and saw and asked what size it was and walked away after realizing she was wrong. I was so In love with the dress but because the customer service was so disgusting there was no way in hell I was giving her my business.
