Where can we even begin?! We loved working with Mario so much that we wish we could purchase a new house every day! He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. His expertise and experience truly shined when we needed it to, and we are confident that we were able to purchase the home of our dreams because of his exceptional understanding of the market and real estate in general. We contacted Mario last minute, during a brief stay in Southern California. His schedule was flexible and he immediately made us feel welcomed from the very beginning of our arriving in his office. He took us under his wing and supported us in just the right way through every step of the process. Mario gave us the confidence that we would find the right home at the right price at the right time - and we did! Relocating from across the country can be quite stressful, but one thing we did not have to be anxious about was whether or not we were in good hands. We were in the BEST of hands! From start to finish, Mario provided us with personalized service. He really helped us figure out what our goals and priorities were and what we could afford. He helped us understand the market and financing, and we ended up realizing that we could afford more house than what we had originally thought. His ability to help us navigate this process seamlessly was uncanny. Mario really got to know us personally, including our lifestyle preferences and what we actually sought in a home. In fact, he probably knew the perfect neighborhood for us within an hour of meeting us, but understood that we needed to look at ALL our options before making a final decision. His patience, dedication to his work and immediate responses to our inquiries were unparalleled. Again, we are thrilled to have purchased our new home, but are also quite sad that it is over, because it means not being able to work with him any longer.
