He was extremely honest and professional, keeping me informed every step of the way during the install and making sure that I approved things such as placement of the water filter/softener system, how I wanted the lines ran, and even went above and beyond to tie the drain into my house's sewage system so that it looked as clean as possible. Most other plumbers I called wanted to run the drain for the system across the entire garage to tie into my laundry drain, but Miles took one look and said he could do one better than that. For our pressure reducing valve, the original one was soldered on without any way to replace it except by cutting the copper piping on both ends. Before installing the new replacement valve, Miles made sure to install unions on both ends of the pipe so that in the future, if I ever needed to replace it again, I could easily do it myself without having to call a plumber. Out of all the plumbers I contacted for estimates, Jerry's plumbing was the most honest company, providing the best pricing, while offering (in my opinion) the cleanest workmanship. Overall I'm am extremely happy and will definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs.

Today, we called them at 5pm again, (for the…read more4th time) to help us with a clogged toilet/ shower, Albert turned up (1.5 hours late) at 8:00pm and hydrojetted my bathroom pipe and then pumped out our septic tank for a total of $1075. We asked them if they could give us a loyal customer discount, the woman, Albert's partner, flat out refused and was NOT nice about it either. When we told our neighbors how much they charged us for hyrojetting and pumping out 1 septic tank, they told us they had definitely over charged us by at least $300. To be completely honest, I feel like a fool for keeping hiring these people and letting them over charge us time and time again. I'm writing this review now, so you will not make the same mistake we did. We thought customer loyalty means something to this company, and apparently the only thing that matters is just money and greed. They just saw us as easy going, gullible people, to take advantage of. They will rip you off EVERY TIME, doesn't matter how many times you've hired them. By the way, the lady knows nothing about customer service. My final words to this company (mostly to the mean woman calling the shots), if you're going to overcharge your customers, the least you could do is be NICE to them.
