Needless to say, it wasn't the wisest decision on my part, and the account ended up in collections with Diversified Consultants. However, I did make immediate arrangements to pay off the debt quickly, and my overall experience with the company was pleasant (their phone representatives were quite understanding and respectful). Now in 2018, I contacted DCI on a whim to ask if there was any possibility of forgiving my mistake.
