Book Authors Hub? or The Writers Dominion :-( Initially I…read morethought I did my due diligence and spoke to a few people that I thought I felt comfortable. At their request, I provided a document about the type of book I was publishing so they were very aware of the content. Soon after I was given to a project manager things started to go in the wrong direction. After a few attempts to correct everything, I reviewed my contract. I had basically 30 days to cancel, and it wasn't even a week into this process when I felt that my Project Manager was lying to me about my manuscript. He had not read it. So, I sent a cancellation notice. Then the challenge began. My last attempt to contact them which was two weeks later. They said it would take two weeks to get my money refunded Next phone call, I was told that They weren't the publisher that I had hired. Even though I have several emails from them with that name, also an additional name called The Writers Dominion. So, I called again, being told this time that the people I had talked to don't work for This Company. Again, that there was another publishing company with a very close name. I commented that "And they are in the same City and State that you are? A brief pause, an apology that "You have the wrong number, and the person hung up." Then surprisingly my phone rang again with the same phone number I had called. It was the apparent Department Manager. I was asked if I was interested in hiring them to Publish my book. I began again saying I had signed a contract. This time the person says 'Oh, yes; These people are on my staff. "I am sure they are working diligently on your manuscript. I will contact them. My reply was "Great, remind them that I sent several emails, voice mail, and texts that I had filed for cancellation, 2 weeks ago." He said: "Let me check with the legal department and I'll call you right back." That was the last contact I have had with them. Disappointed? yeah, more with myself and now the battle begins to have my money returned. This manuscript is very important to me and the information needs to be published and so I hired another publishing company which seems to have a much higher Trustpilot rating. Thus, I close by writing that I don't find them worth rating on the scale of honesty. If I picked a number, it would be definitely in the negative portion.

Publish a booklet on Amazon and a related website…read more They cheated me by quoting $500 initially and took $2500 out of my account. They listed the expense as Creative, an Electronics company. So I would not be able to associate the expense as from Book Authors Hub. An additional $400 is valid to get two more domains for my booklet website. Hey there are some scammers working for this organization. Don't use their their service.
