I spoke with a person named Jonny about my roof. He seemed like he wanted to know what he was talking about, but just didn't poor guy. Bless his heart. He couldn't even tell me the basics really, he was too busy on his phone/social media. And the prices he was throwing out, didn't match the lack luster knowledge of this guy. We had been fighting with the insurance company for about 6 months (since hurricane Irma in September 2017). We had received an initial sum equivalent to about 25% of our actual damages.
