Before they even showed up they quoted us a complete removal of carpets for the two rooms for over $3K. We decided NO to the whole redo. I had to ask them for the written quote which finally arrived after over 2 hours. Big surprise the quote was $500 more. Also they never told us that they'd charge us $150 for an emergency call. No wonder they were so happy to come quickly. We would have gladly paid had we not felt we were taken for a ride. We had another company do the same work early this year at a fraction of the cost. So I know what to do next time.
