The staff could not have been nicer! The office was cute and had a pretty view of the forested area behind it. My treatment was virtually pain free and the whole appointment look less than 30 minutes! No one tried to upsell me or critique my appearance, which is something I dealt with when using Ideal Image (sorry to call them out but it's the truth). I found my new place and I hope you'll give it a try if you want to enhance your beautiful features. I didn't even tell you the best part: the cost was HALF of what I paid for the exact same treatment at two other places!!!! HALF!! They even looked up my Alle account to save me even more money. What a bunch of angels. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart for keeping this person who's young at heart, looking a little younger in face ;)

What truly sets him apart is his outstanding bedside manner and the time he takes to ensure you feel informed, comfortable, and confident in your treatment decisions. Dr. Chan never pressures patients into additional services or unnecessary procedures. Instead, he offers honest, thoughtful recommendations focused on achieving natural, balanced results and not overdone or artificial outcomes. His integrity and expertise are evident, and it's clear his practice thrives because of the trust he builds with his patients. I also greatly appreciate his commitment to patient satisfaction. If a follow-up or adjustment is needed for something he recommended, he is often very accommodating and fair about it. He takes the time to learn your face, preferences, and goals, which results in care that feels truly personalized. I couldn't be happier with my experience and highly recommend Dr. Chan to anyone seeking skilled, ethical, and compassionate care. Customer service with Katy is top tier!!!!

I haven't had it in about 2 years since having my son so I wanted to make sure I didn't just go to any local chain that offered injectables. After some research, I landed on Magnolia Medical Aesthetics in Baxter Village. Just like the reviews said, Dr. Chan was extremely meticulous in explaining his approach to what he would recommend based on MY concerns. He didn't push anything on me or point out anything I didn't have any concerns about. He was transparent in what he thought it would take to treat my concerns and even talked to me about costs before I decided to proceed. He broke down the differences between Dysport and Botox and the whole process made me feel extremely comfortable. I'm so glad I found his practice and look forward to doing many more treatments here!

I was back in town for a week and called to see if I could get in. Prices were reasonable. Bonus, my HSA was able to be used for my facial. They offered a discount on the first facial and made me aware of packages and promos before leaving, but never pressured me to purchase on the spot. In terms of the actual staff and procedures, I couldn't have been happier. Caroline at the front desk was super sweet and had everything waiting for me from walking in to walking out. Jennifer did my procedure. She is a nurse by trade and that definitely shows. She walked me through each step, made sure I was comfortable the entire time and explained post facial care. She even sent me home with a product sample for one of my skin care concerns. I've about 30 minutes out from my facial and my skin is GLOWING! I will definitely be going back here for my skin care needs! Thanks ladies!

**Don't sign the contract**…read more I have to say I had very high hopes for this place, especially reading the reviews on their site. That was my first mistake..."their site". Don't get me wrong, the people are so friendly and I think they mean well, but this is first, and foremost, a business. I began going for excruciating pain in my shoulder/upper back that ended up being a rib. The first appt. was very in depth, but I should have known something was up when I talked to the doctor, did X-rays and then an insurance person entered the after being evaluated. It ended up being a program, not a pay as you go for treatment. I've been to many chiropractors in the past where it's one on one and very effective. This place is more of a gym like setting. There are stations for various exercises and then you wait in line to see the chiropractor. It's very distracting and not at all relaxing. It's actually chaos. There are people all over the place doing stretches, and stuff in a very small area. People are milling around talking and waiting for space to do specific exercises, music is playing. It's just a little much. I really should have paid more attention, but I was just excited that the pain was in, even as I sat there was going to addressed. Little did I know I was trapped. I was able to go for several weeks, but then ran into serious scheduling problems due to my husband's new job. I literally COULD NOT GO anymore. But since I signed the contract, I have been paying for several months even though I haven't been going. There is about a grand I will never see again. It's your decision, but I really wish I would have done more research.
