They came with a smile & definitely care & concern for my mom. she was giving an IV for dehydration & and x-ray to check her lungs. They also did a urine test & gave her antibiotics for an infection. The called back a few days after the culture test came back to let us know she was on the correct antibiotic. I can't recommend higher. I wish I could give 100 stars. Not having to transport my mom when she was so sick & her getting amazing care in her home was priceless. Lucky for us her insurance covered everything. From the moment I scheduled an appointment to getting results of my pap the employees were rude and rushed constantly. This was also my first gynecology visit ever. The doctor was dismissive and barely let me speak or finish my sentences half the time. She started our visit off by letting me know my odds of having diseases were very high. I understand educating but as someone who has anxiety her method of relaying information did not help other than send me into an anxiety attack. The rooms were clean but the bathrooms in the office were not. I had one good encounter with the woman who started my exam and got the pretesting questions done. I feel terrible for not remembering her name because she was the best part of the whole experience. I could hear people talking in other rooms from mine. I also do not prefer meds if not necessary. I mentioned having painful periods and instead of acknowledging I don't want meds, the doctor immediately wrote me a rx for 800mg of Ibuprofen. And said "you don't have to just suffer through them" I did not mention the pain in a way of complaining, I was just trying to explain the things I had been experiencing. I wasn't looking for a pain med. I also told her I took magnesium and iron. Her response to magnesium was "that won't do anything for you" and for iron "I don't know who told you, you need iron" I may be new to the world of getting paps and gynecology but I think I know myself and my body well enough to know it needs vital minerals and vitamin like magnesium and iron. Even if she were right, this is not how you should be talking to your patients. She information overloaded me from the moment I walked and barely let me speak about my preferences, worries and concerns. Following my visit I called after three weeks just to confirm my results were indeed clear with the staff. The lady on the phone was very rude and again would not let me finish my questions before she tried to spew out answers. She told me they didn't give results over the phone, then tried telling me it takes two weeks to get results back. Finally when she listened to my whole question she realized I just wanted to confirm my results were clear. It would have taken 2 minutes. Immediately following my visit I had a panic attack because I was so overwhelmed and worried about my health. I decided to get a second opinion with another doctor. My second doctor told me I didn't need the meds she prescribed me. That she thought it was something entirely different. They listened to my concerns and worked with me to game plan how to narrow down what has been causing my symptoms. They LISTENED. If you've been seeing her for years and enjoy your experience great. I would not recommend this office if it is your first visit or if you have concerns you would like to discuss and game plan for treatment.

I was sent one after another who were supposedly told my requests for service, such as: non-smokers, must like (service) dogs, food prep, cook, clean, laundry, get mail, vacuum & mop floors, assist w organization, carry in groceries & put them away. I had a list for them when they came each time, yet since they didn't take notes, I had to babysit them the whole shift! Each person I was sent, except for 2, obviously wanted to just sit, watch tv & keep a little old lady company and maybe make a sandwich - and when it was made clear they needed to work, they grudgingly did as little as possible and then quit. The two who actually did work as requested, were doing fine (except for my having to babysit them) for a few weeks, and they too started spending time on their phone, or spending a half hour before quitting to do their "paperwork" which takes 5 mins. When I nicely pointed out they were still on the clock, they became annoyed and soon quit. To top it off, the last one broke my new grabber, quit and the agency said they wouldn't send anyone else because she made up a lie about my having bed bugs!! Unreal!! My opinion & experience has been that they don't want to work, they just want to do the bare minimum and collect a paycheck.
