Imagine this... You go to the dispensary to get your meds…read morebecause you're out. You wait 45 mins. You order. They then tell you "sorry, you're card has been cancelled!" Wait, what? So, now it's after 5pm and Marikind is closed. You call the next morning and they say "Oh yeah Dr. Cavelli is no longer with us and the state cancelled all his orders" So, you call another place and they say "You're the 4th person this has happened to. No, Marikind cancelled bc he's no longer with them" Whatever Marikind! I'm out and off to Compassionate Cannabis.

I am free from harmful Rx pills for pain, anxiety, depression or insomnia. This clinic is staffed by highly qualified and dedicated nurses and assistants. I highly recommend the Compassionate Cannabis Clinic.

Corporate has got to fix the shopping experience at Trulieve. It's one of the worst. My 3 minute…read moreestimated wait for an express no mod pickup turned into 30 minutes with only 2 people ahead of me. Also I'm apparently supposed to check in with the staff even though I checked into the app. Why? They are busy! What's the point of this and why doesn't the app tell me to do that? It was only after I was skipped did I realize this nonsense is part of the process. Other customers also complained about the process. My experience at other dispensaries (excluding muv) has been significantly better. Customers are in and out not sitting around for 30 minutes. The current system at Trulieve needs a revamp.

There were no helpful signs advising which door belonged to Gabriel's Promise.
