I've always chosen Rise over other places because the quality is great and, until recently, the staff has always been kind and helpful. Today was completely different. I called ahead and explained that I do not currently have a car because I was in an accident, and that I was waiting on a Lyft to get there. I was told they would stay open and help me. Then, when I arrived and was literally pulling up, the employees saw me and ran out of the store to their cars. I understand businesses have closing times. What I do not understand is telling a customer you'll wait, being rude and passive aggressive on the phone, and then leaving while watching that customer arrive, especially after I explained my situation. The way this was handled was beyond disappointing and honestly disgusting. Since the previous manager left, the customer service at this location has noticeably gone downhill. I have always loved Rise, but today made me feel completely disrespected as a loyal customer. I hope management takes this seriously, because this is not how frequent customers should be treated.

My prescription expired last week and I called them for help since I was completely out of medication. I was told they did not have any doctors available until Saturday but that they had products in their store for patients who are specifically in this predicament so I got in my car and rushed over there. When I got there I made an appt with the doctor for Saturday and was shown the products. I specifically asked if they were regular medical cannabis and she said yes. After using it twice in 24 hours I had a migraine and muscle cramps all over!!! I then decided to research the products and they are NOT medical marijuana!!! I was given wrong information when buying them!!! Your staff needs better training on dealing with sick and disabled people, one mistake with our meds and the consequences could be deadly! When I went in for help I was told that I can't talk to anyone in person, all customer service is email only... how convenient for them. Two days and 2 emails later and I have had no response!!!! This is a medical business and this is completely unacceptable!!!!
