In addition to a few specifics we asked them to focus on, they also went above and beyond to make our house sparkle. We were BOTH highly impressed! In addition to being super professional, Sarah/Royal are incredibly friendly, easy to chat with and enjoyable to be around. They take pride in their work and their business, which I think results in a much better experience than we would have had with a "big box" brand. As mentioned, we originally hired them just for a move in clean... after this experience, however, we're so tempted to make it a regular occurrence. Pikes Peak Painting and Handyman Services will be our first call for all or our remodeling and…read morepainting jobs! The owner, Luis, came and gave a great estimate. He began work quickly. We had several jobs that needed done in a small amount of time. The work was all done on time and according to the contract. Luis, even trimmed a bush that was in the way of the painting and took care of several wasp hives that were discovered while he was working. He cleaned up the debris from the fence he fixed. Thanks to Luis and his team our house is the nicest one on the block! The work we had done included painting entire house, sanding and painting garage doors, fixing a door frame that had wood rot, rebuilt a section of fence that was falling down and rebuilt a few steps that lead to our back yard. I explained my issue and he was beyond helpful and honestly and explained to me I could actually do it myself!! He even sent me a picture of the part I would need to buy. I was blown away by his honesty and how helpful he was. I technically did not hire this company but I absolutely would in a heartbeat!! It was a very stressful situation but he had me laughing by the end of the conversation! If you want an honest company call them!!!
