You order outside while they are making the waffles and they are ready in a couple of minutes. Flavors include: vanilla (regular), chocolate infused (small bar of chocolate is inserted into a warm waffle and it melts) or cinnamon. I took the vanilla and was happy to report it's the best waffle I've had! For about 2 or 2.50eur, you can't beat this as an afternoon snack!

I got the classic vanilla waffle and coconut chocolate covered marshmallow to try, and the waffle was perfectly soft; warm, pillowy and slightly crunchy on the outside. The coconut marshmallow was alright, it was nothing amazing, just a chocolate covered marshmallow on a biscuit/cookie. The worker I spoke to, a blonde man, was so patient and happy to explain what each dessert was even though it was so busy! Definitely a must visit/try in Liège!

Didn't expect to find a "deli" in Liege that served pastrami. If you are from NY/NJ you know this…read moreshouldn't be classified as a deli but I will let them get away with it. It is a lunch spot/coffee shoo. They have all sorts of sandwiches including pastrami. I has to try the original since that is what they are famous for. We also tried the soup du jour which was potato/onion soup. As a side we ordered chips a la mexicaine which were Lays chips with salt and pepper. Ok... as for the pastrami sandwich it isn't very classic. First off it is served on white bread and the bread is way too soft for the sandwich. The pastrami tastes good though and they got that right. The mustard works too. Overall, the sandwich was good but it wasn't as authentic as they claim. I know I am coming off tough but I gotta do it for the people. We also had the BLT sandwich and that honestly worked better since the ingredients held up well. Would have been better if they toasted the bread though. The soup wasn't very good period. Nothing else to say. The chips were Lays so you know how that goes. I like the vibe in there but it is a coffee shop more than a deli. That doesn't take away from the quality of the place just maybe the authenticity. Come check it out.
