We are so glad our neighbor told us about this place. We're staying in a VRBO in Todos Santos and…read morethis incredible restaurant, Pacifica Fish Market is at the end of our little dirt road next to the tienda. Julie said it was great and that is an understatement. The service here is incredibly fast and efficient. The wait staff is so professional. The guy in the front room is interesting. He's generally pretty cool, but sometimes a wee bit moody. It's all good. The food here is worth it. The Pacifica Taco, their specialty, has blackened fish and breaded shrimp. It's the best fish taco I've ever had. I never thought I'd have a better fish taco than La Lupita in Cabo, but I found it. Come here and order that. You won't be disappointed. We were here a week and ate at Pacifica Fish Market three times. My wife is partial to the vegan taco and she's not a vegan. But her eyes rolled back in her head after the first bite. The chips and guac is very pricey here and the guac needs more acid, so order extra lime, but it's good. The Taco Trio cost more than those three tacos individually. It's a tax on people that suck at math or don't pay attention. We'll be back.f

Fresh snapper, fried, with guacamole, cabbage, pickled onion, chipotle mayo, and cilantro on a yellow corn tortilla. The guacamole needed the house-made red salsa for heat. The salsa mexicana that accompanies the guacamole is fantastic. Don't overlook the agua fresca made with rosemary, ginger, and jamaica. Service is friendly and prompt. Some of the dishes are a bit pricey, but still highly recommended.

We just stayed at La Poza for a week, having seen the sublime photos of their location, pool,…read morerestaurant and accommodations online. Out of all the other accommodations we saw around Todos Santos, this was by far the most beautiful and tranquil. La Poza is situated on a lagoon filled with spectacular bird life--from frigates and pelicans to ducks and comic coots. There are kayaks onsite to reach the nearby beach in 5 minutes or you may walk through palm forest along a path to the beach, which is favored by whales for afternoon displays. At sunset, green flashes are common. The food and drinks are consistently fabulous. And all the staff are bright and remarkably personable. For example, Carlos, a former professor and accomplished sommelier, assisted us in our Spanish classes between sips of Malbec at the pool-bar. Damarys, Sara, Juan Manuel, Eder, Ullyses-- each one exceded our expectations of service and friendliness. We could not have anticipated a more comfortable and welcoming experience

It was such a relief, and I appreciated knowing the staff could help with whatever I needed. The resort property is stunning - the perfect place to relax and unwind. We could enjoy kayaking in the morning, margaritas by the pool in the afternoon, and a personal campfire in front of our room in the evening. The restaurant was amazing, easily the best food we had during our stay in Todos Santos! I'm dreaming of the day I get to return to this magical hotel.

The second time there was about a 10 minute wait which worked out great because I ended up discovering Baja's Awesome Beach Rides about a block away and booked a horseback ride on the beach for the following morning. The people there were very welcoming and service was excellent. The place was clean and orderly. Tables weren't too close to one another and the bathrooms were nice and clean which is a big plus in my book, I got a kick out of the large sign on the wall with funny phrases on it. It gave me a chuckle when I read, "Bill Gates never eats here" with the word never printed very, very small. And, "Two beer or not two beer" with the author noted as William Shakesbeer. I tried their coconut shrimp as well as some of their sushi rolls and it all was fresh and delicious. The second time we were there we brought some fish we had caught earlier in the day and they prepared it for us. Of course that wasn't the only thing we ordered but it was great to walk in with fish and let them prepare it for us. Timing was perfect on everything. From ordering drinks, to the main course, and dessert, everything was brought out just when expected. I was never having to search out a server. They seemed to be right there when I needed anything. Very attentive. For desert I ordered flan, which I prefer on the firm side. It was just as firm as I had hoped and had a hint more cinnamon than most which I really liked. We also had some of Pedro's homemade ice cream. It was a creamy and delicious treat. I give them 5 stars because they were friendly, attentive, served good food, had nice ambiance and, most important, were clean and organized. If I am blessed enough to return to Los Barriles I will visit La Casita again.
