Look, no one enjoys the legal process, that's for certain. Okay, maybe not absolutely certain, but…read moreI certainly do not enjoy Court things... However, it helps with the process when the staff are kind and willing to assist in the manner they are able. Most clerks/customer service employees here cannot answer certain questions or provide advise that may teeter into "legal advice territory" which is completely understandable when they're not practicing attorneys and are to remain neutral in the cases. However, they can answer some questions and especially if one is careful in how the question is framed. I have been to this court a few times, it feels lighter than the ones down town (for obvious (to me) reasons), I don't mind coming up here when I have to and when I do, I leave feeling a little more at ease than when I first arrived. Today, the same was true. Be patient, be kind, and remember these are our public service workers and they do their very best, I believe.

Brooks and im calling you all to the table for hurting my and Mr. Browning sons, for allowing Mr. Browning to continue to exscoate the Domestic Violence towards our children and myself at his own cost too jeporizing his placment in our sons life by not holding him accountable. Im calling you all to the table for hurting my family. Im calling my ex husband to the front of this war he created. "It doesn't matter if it's thunder or it's sunshine I'm ready to fight and put my life up on the front lines Even if you gathered all my enemies and combined I'd be just fine" "My sons are victims of these people and of the system and we need a reform, my view on my case is not objective as im capable of seeing from both sides, my attorney and family court. All my statements are accurate to the best of my knowledge and based with documentation alineing with AZ Law and Family Court guidelines. This review reflects my personal experience with the family court system and the impact it has had on my children and me. Several judicial decisions in my case left me feeling unheard ( Silanced), unprotected (DV), and deeply concerned about the outcome for my family. I had presented evidence supporting my position, yet rulings were made that I felt did not adequately address the risks and issues I raised. As a result, I experienced a loss of confidence in the process ( who I have mentioned ) and its ability to protect vulnerable families. DV survivors or trying to survive. One judge approved an Order of Protection that was necessary for my safety with a confession. Another judge later reached a different conclusion with no evidence. While I respect that judges have discretion in interpreting the law and evidence, the conflicting decisions were difficult to understand and had significant consequences for my family. I also encountered procedural requirements that, in my opinion, made it more difficult to present information that was videl important to the court's consideration. ( personal preferences on formatting ) Throughout these proceedings, my children experienced considerable emotional hardship, which remains my greatest concern, untreated childhood PTSD. I am pursuing the legal avenues available to me because I believe the decisions in my case should be reviewed, Michelle benched with a full investigation, a qualified Horrible Judge. My hope is that future improvements to the system will ensure that all parties are heard fairly and that the well-being of children remains a central priority and our system is outdated to today's level of malicious and malevolence. This review represents my personal opinions and experiences regarding these proceedings. Im here offering AZ Family Court the following. I am a Seasoned Survivor & High Conflect Family Court Senior Case Worker & Advisor. I also dont cost a dime. Im here to help my sons and the children of Arizona. My name will echo as I leave this in my legacy. My sons and I's suffering will come at the cost of chance legally because our pain will be our power. I'm an AZ native, Christina, Republican Middle Aged White Women and I have zero privileges just like the rest of us. Im not worldly or Woke. Im cut from old cloth with values, a moral compass. You will all now face me personally at a leagle capacity. May our father show you all grace and compassion because im all out now that I have held my sons lifeless body in my arms twice. I will not be silanced any further. The questions you should ask yourself is what would you do if your child could or did die at those who clam their here to protect the children? What leagle ramifications are sufficient? What's the financial cost of your childs life? I have been slandered, defamation of character, delt with perjury, Judge with bad behaviors, unethical attorneys and woman who define whats wrong with our society and Males in leadership who dont know how to lead. I can't say anyone ever actually recommends a courthouse. It's that place you try to avoid if…read morepossible. I made it to almost 40 years old without getting a ticket until last month, and lemme tell you, it was a strange experience. That's not to say I probably shouldn't have been ticketed once or twice, but still... I feel it was an impressive feat. I arrived to the courthouse in Downtown Chandler an hour early on a warm, sunny day (whoever says it's fall lied to you; the high today was 100° F) in a spacious parking lot with covers, trees, and well kept municipal buildings. Inside, you go through security not unlike the airport, and check in. I've never been to court, and I don't know if security was amused or felt sorry for me (my ticket told me my court appearance was at 3:00 pm/15:00, but you still have to get a ticket at the kiosk), but the man came to my rescue and helped me choose the right option. I noticed immediately I was VERY overdressed in my Sunday best: a blue dress with white polka dots, little white platform pumps, makeup, earrings, and necklace. Everyone else wore jeans, making me question my decision to dress up (I thought that's what you were supposed to do). The lobby was very clean though. Also, you don't know how hard it is to covertly sneak a picture and hope no one will chastise you for taking pictures. I don't recommend trying it in the actual courtrooms though. I'm not that bold. Waiting wasn't too different from the MVD except the process moves WAY faster, and the customer service representatives at the window are super friendly. I presented my kiosk slip, my ticket, my registration, and a dated receipt of the registration. In return, I filled out a form with my name, case number, what I wanted from the judge, and the reason I felt the motion should be granted. Went to the courtroom upstairs and waited my turn. It was kind of warm, but I don't know if that's because the temperature was high, I was nervous, or that I've had hot flashes since I was 28 years old. All three could be a possibility. My conversation with the judge consisted of two questions and lasted less than thirty seconds. Then a decision was made, and I was on my merry way. So was it a good experience? Ehhhh, going gave me horrible anxiety. BUT the staff did make an uncomfortable situation better for me, so thank you to the City of Chandler for your hospitality! P.S. the moral of the story is to not get a ticket if you don't want to go to traffic court.
