Also seemed to be incapable of comprehending that a woman drove the car as opposed to the one man in the group (me) and when she got in to adjust it he walked up to the front and started micromanaging her straightening out the car as if she has never parked before even after I told him she can handle it herself. Just a total loser. Don't give these freaks your money.

They were very nice, but couldn't even see us till the next day to evaluate it and even then it would probably have taken a few days before they could fit us in. They are very nice and do good work, but they're always so busy. Just hard in an emergency. My wife gave Whalen's a call next. I think they had really helped us out by fixing a nail in the tire the same day, a couple of years ago. She took the car to Whalen's mid afternoon on Thursday and by about noon on Friday it was fixed! It wasn't cheap, but it got done and much faster than we could've hoped for. They are family owned now third generation owned. We really like this place and highly recommend them.
