Hi everyone (: I worked with Mariana and her amazing team On a fix & flip project in Sunnyvale CA Right when I purchase the house, I invited Mariana because I got many referrals from my friends that is working with her. As a developer/contractor she was very helpful with guiding me about the key points of this renovation I absolutely did everything. She asked one on one, And the results definitely came!!! Only after 11 DAYS after she posted the house on the market We sold the house with over asking offer And Mariana and her amazing team took care of all the paperwork and finalized the deal, very smoothly and professionally! If you are looking for a top realtor in the Silicon Valley area You are definitely in the place! You can't go wrong with Mariana and her strong team (: HIGHLY RECOMMEND ! read more

Mariana, Aleksandra and Heather are the Best RE team around for both listing your home or helping you buy your home.

We had the pleasure to work with Mariana and Emma in our recent purchase and cannot thank them enough for being such awesome professionals in the business. The entire experience has been amazing throughout. We highly recommend their service! We first met Emma while seeing a property and she helped us kickstart our search. Mariana and Emma are super easy-going and proactive in terms of understanding our preferences and bringing in the best listings to suit our needs. It was so pleasant working with the team. They are extremely experienced and resourceful, nothing would be an issue. We were able to get their help throughout the process, whether it be strategy on making the offer, options towards financing / closing, understanding the scope of work for remodeling post-purchase, and getting some of the best teams to handle the remodeling work, everything is just a phone call away and they got your back. Finding and purchasing a (dream) home can be a daunting task. If you want excellent service, worry-free process, and access to great properties, please consider giving them a call! read more

In my humble opinion, Mariana and her outstanding team are quite possibly the best in the business. Their holistic approach to the buying and selling process of a complex market in the bay area is phenomenal. They take a data driven approach to understanding the climate, and make their recommendations through a robust process. Most importantly, they are patient, and work in concert with you as a team to meet your goals, whether it be buying or selling. Their personal touch with every step of what can be an arduous journey is comforting, and most importantly, they deliver. I offer my highest recommendation to the entire team. read more

Being first-time home-buyers, we were very green and didn't know much about the buying process. Didn't even know what we wanted in a house!! After working with another realtor for a year and not having a good experience, a friend referred us to Mariana earlier this year. She was simply great! Right at the beginning she took the time to understand what my family's priorities are and explained to us the pros and cons of different types of properties. She event spent more than an hour walking us through the disclosures, explaining various terms, and sharing what to look for. She is also very knowledgeable about remodeling and got us fair estimates on potential fixes we would like to implement in a property if we were to consider buying. She has a good network and good relationships with many other realtors in the peninsula - that gave us a better chance at making a winning bid a few times. We just bought a home a couple of months ago with her help and she supported us throughout the closing process - explaining the various steps and what to expect next as well as supporting our move-in. She has been phenomenal! I whole-heartedly recommended her if you are looking to buy / sell a house in the peninsula! read more

A home is probably the biggest asset you'll ever have. Marianna can get you the BEST price as a seller or buyer, and will help steer you in the right direction if you let her. We bought and sold our home in San Jose with Marianna, and it was a pleasure working with her both times. She fought for us like we were family, and she really knows what she's doing. Don't make a mistake and go with a discounted real estate agent. Marianna's expertise and hard work will pay you back multiple times over. read more

We had become quite disheartened by the time we crossed paths with Mariana. We had worked with two very seasoned agents that had neither interest nor enthusiasm, and we had no home to show for it, despite months of effort. A dear friend recommend Mariana to us. From the start she was a breath of fresh air. She seemed to genuinely enjoy her job, and was so excited to get started. Mariana wasted no time, and we began looking at homes the next day. She spent a fair amount of time driving me around the various neighborhoods of San Carlos, explaining subtle differences between them. In the two weeks we looked at homes, Mariana got us into five off-market or pre-market homes. She was shaking every tree trying to find homes in our price range and worked around the clock to create opportunities for us. She was unfailingly positive when I would have moments of feeling discouraged at the peninsula market. She assured me over and over we would find our home, and one of those off-market gems was indeed it. We closed in only 13 days. Mariana didn't miss a beat and was always on top of our schedule. With other agents we had worked with, they selectively communicated with us, often leaving us guessing where we stood. Mariana prides herself on being an over-communicator, and that is exactly what she is. We found not only an outstanding agent that truly advocated for our needs, but a dear friend as well. read more

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Mariana!!! She helped us buy our first home and we literally couldn't have done it without her. She is unequivocally patient, kind, knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way. She helped us navigate neighborhoods and criteria so we could hone in on our ideal property. She never once made us feel pressured or like a burden to her. She was excellent at seeing what a house "could" be (painting, renovations, etc.) and knows every vendor imaginable to make it a seamless process. She felt like our shepherd throughout and we feel so incredibly grateful for her efforts! We would recommend Mariana to anyone. read more

This review is LONG overdue. Mariana helped us buy our house over 3 years ago. Since then, I have referred her to many friends whom she's helped buy/sell houses for with ease. They all rave about her. Her skills, strategies, passion and intent to serve are unmatched. She was referred to us by friends. We had been looking for houses for almost a year, during the crazy peak times when houses were selling within a week, overbidding was rampant and buyers were plain miserable. We had been deeply disappointed with 3 previous realtors and put her through a tough interview. Not only did she say all the right things, she went into action right away and DID all the right things. In 3 days, she alerted us about a house that was coming on the market on a Thursday night, then spent most of the next two days with us over the phone + in-person, showing us the house, helping us finalize the decision to make a bid, guiding us on what the bid should be, making sure we were comfortable with it, suggesting several strategies, helping us get our finances + paperwork ready; and lastly leveraging her amazing rapport with the sellers' agent to get our pre-emptive offer approved by Monday evening. That was just 4.5 days of the house going on the market and 8 days of us knowing her! Buying and selling houses in the Peninsula is very tough and it really comes down to your agent. And when it comes to agents, Mariana is simply the best!! Not only does she truly care, she goes way over the extra mile to ensure you get the house of your dreams or the best price on your sale. She's available post the transaction with referrals and ideas for remodels and more. Needless to say Mariana has become a good friend since, whom we cherish deeply. Mariana was a godsend from the minute I met her to the closing day and beyond. Together her and Nikki were absolutely fantastic and very knowledgeable. They were always ready to help and answer questions. What a team they make! I would rate them 12 out of a 10. I could go on and on but the bottom line is they are probably the best two that you'll ever find and I highly highly recommend them. Besides that, it was a very enjoyable and fun experience! Hire them! read more

I cannot say enough great things about Mariana, Nikki, and Emma! They were an absolute pleasure to work with and made selling our San Francisco condo a smooth process during the pandemic. They oversaw the movers while my wife and I headed out of town which took a huge amount of stress off of our plate. In addition, they coordinated all service providers to get the house ready to list (handyman, painting, cleaning, staging, etc.) while my wife and I were out of town. They did an all-star job of marketing the condo allowing it to sell within 12 days of going on the market. I would absolutely utilize them again for any real estate transactions in the bay area! Thank you Mariana, Nikki, and Emma! read more

Mariana was our Real Estate ANGEL. Luckily after venting to a mutual friend about our first agent experience in SF, she referred Mariana and everything fell into place. We can be needy clients and Mariana was there with us every step of the way making it seem like we were her only clients. She listened, advised, offered compassion and expertise. Most importantly, trust was developed from the start. She was always receptive if we texted or called, texting or calling back quickly. She was always available to show us houses in person- even in COVID times. The only downside of our relationship was that we don't have a guaranteed weekly hangout with Mariana but so honored to be able to call Mariana our friend. I would recommend Mariana to anyone in the Bay Area. You cannot go wrong!!! read more

Without Mariana, my mom would probably still be looking for a home. This is an impossibly difficult market. Before we found Mariana, we lost out on a number of homes. She met with us and developed a plan. Thanks to Mariana's great guidance and expertise, our offer on the first home we tried to buy with her was accepted over many other offers (which seems to be the norm now). We love the new home! She really helped us to understand every part of the process of buying a home. More importantly, she basically held our hand, answering our numerous texts, phone calls and emails right away. What I really liked was that she was so nice to be around and talk to. You end up having to spend a lot of time with your agent and having a great rapport with an agent is important. Mariana was the best!!! Thanks! read more

Mariana is a master in her profession! She was referred to me by a business associate and has been my go to Realtor ever since. When I am in the market for just the right property to remodel or lot to build a brand new home, I call Mariana. With her knowledge of the Bay Area and keen eye to envision what could be, I've made multiple wise investments with Mariana's honest council. We insist that you choose Mariana to find the right investment property or your dream home. read more

Mariana is excellent and helped us buy our first house in the Bay Area. She was thoughtful but also had a great sense of urgency, which is critical in this market. We ended up winning the first offer we made, and the house appreciated $20K in the first 3 weeks. She did a great job giving us the attention and time we needed to close in a very competitive market. There were 8 offers of our home, including 3 that were all cash and she helped get us to the offer we needed to win. She's a determined professional who will do everything she can to act on behalf of her client. Highly recommend her to anyone looking on the peninsula who needs someone who will work hard and fast. read more

We absolutely loved working with Mariana while searching for a house to buy around San Carlos. She "got us" really quickly, and understood exactly what we were looking for. She knew the local market and neighborhood extremely well, and showed us pre-market opportunities that our previous realtor didn't know about. She was quick and responsive, and when we found our dream house which had an offer pending for that evening, she worked fast and we were able to get our offer in and accepted. The home purchase completed and now we're moved in. We would definitely recommend Mariana, and use her services in the future ourselves. On top of all those qualities that made her an effective realtor, she was also really fun to work with! read more

Excellent communication, very knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and wonderful to work with! We met Heather Morsch through a Zillow recommendation, and we feel very lucky to have the good fortune to have Heather and Mariana guide us through the process of buying our dream house in a very competitive market and selling our previous home as the market softened a bit. Both Heather and Mariana were present, responsive, and accessible. A special shout out to Emma, who managed the preparations for selling our house, and Tracey, who took care of all the documents. Both were phenomenal. I highly recommend Mariana and her team. read more

She is the best, period full stop. I had the pleasure of working with her on a sale and purchase and her execution was flawless. I don't have enough wonderful things to say about her. If you are serious about finding a home in the bay area and want an expert who is knowledgeable, professional and generally a good person, then you hire Mariana. I know I will for our next move! read more

Mariana is truly an exceptional agent. If you need anything done in your house before selling it, she is the person for you. She has contractors and stagers for the job. The day after I signed with Mariana she had 2 contractors and 2 stagers at my house to offer bids. Within 1 week work started. It was finished on time and the workers were great and very respectful of the fact that I was living in the house while they worked. Mariana was super responsive at all times and had such a great attitude. She is a problem solver, a good listener and an amazing sales person. She has impecable taste and makes very good suggestions. Working with her was a real joy! I don't say that about many people. read more

We are truly blessed to have found the best agent in the bay area for our sale/purchase adventure. We had worked with 3 or 4 other agents before Mariana and what a difference! Mariana is leaps and bounds above all others in her professionalism, communication, and execution. Her white glove approach gave us complete peace of mind every step of the way. We were not really seriously looking for a new home but we came across a listing that we absolutely fell in love with. Mariana had just helped my friends find their dream home and was so highly spoken of that we thought, maybe we should give her a call and see if she could perform a miracle for us -- and she did! And from that first phone call we knew that we were in safe hands. Her knowledge of the market is exceptional -- she knew exactly what property we were talking about and even knew the seller's agent personally. I thought it was just a huge coincidence and luck, but eventually I realized it was most likely because she has such in-depth knowledge of the market and is so well networked. The first time Mariana met my husband she read his expression and knew what he was thinking. This skill makes her a fantastic negotiator. Even though our situation was so specific and complicated, Mariana worked within our parameters and was able to negotiate a long escrow that ended up being exactly what we needed. Mariana also represented us in selling our prior home and did such a wonderful job making the house look amazing that we had interested buyers coming in and out of our house nonstop and our house was sold within a week! At every step of the way, I felt that Mariana was there to protect our best interests, no issue was too big or too small for her. On a personal level Mariana was also just a wonderful person to chat with and made this long and nerve-wracking process feel like a breeze. She handled every situation, or issue that came up, and all of our weird and difficult questions with aplomb. I highly recommend Mariana and am very grateful to have found her! read more

Mariana has helped us to find a new home and to sell our townhouse. Both processes were exremely positive experiences under her guidance. First of all, she is really good at helping buyers to create a profile of the ideal home. She does so by asking the right questions, listening to feedback from all family members during showings and by taking buying power into consideration. She is patient and will take as much time as needed to help you find the ideal home. Ones you made your choice she will negotiate hard and will stay cool throughout the process, a very important skill while buying in the bay area. With making the buying experience so fantastic, she earned getting the listing for selling our old home. Great decision because while busy moving in, she basically managed the whole deal. From working with all the vendors to make the house beautiful, to the showings, to closing the deal with the best buying party. Mariana does not want to just close a deal, she wants it to be the right deal! Her comminication is frequent and frank, what a delight. I would highly recommend her for others and would not hesitate one second to use her again! read more

In this market, there are plenty of realtors to choose from. Mariana shines above the rest in a few ways throughout the whole process, before and after purchase: her ability to easily connect socially + be remembered favorably and then her connections with other professional services. For two slightly antisocial people, having friendly & sociable Mariana as our representative to the real estate world was very beneficial. We saw how important this point was when the sellers/agents remembered Mariana, liked our letter, and so spent more time considering our offers (despite not being the highest offer). STRATEGY: Every bid felt like a nauseous wild adventure but Mariana guided and assured us that these feelings (nausea, regret, doubt, etc) were normal. We did our own thorough research and market growth analysis for every house and so we did not trust the ridiculous estimates. She advised that despite our calculations, we could not offer market price and expect to win; we'd have to bid ahead of the curve a little bit to have our accepted this ultra competitive market. She was right but we were hesitant, of course. Mariana patiently went through the motions to entertain us by submitting the offer terms we requested for multiple houses. For the last offer, she called with a reality check message that we needed to stop playing games otherwise we'd be priced out of the market. It was a wake up call where we finally heeded her advice, and so won the house by a narrow margin. CONNECTIONS: Mariana connected us with a knowledgeable mortgage broker who actually worked weekends and so was available to answer questions (unlike the big box banks). The broker was always on the ball and her guidance was invaluable to us anxious first time home buyers. Other connections Mariana introduced us to were architects and general contractors (all vetted by her for quality and value). She's experienced with home renovations and her pre-screened recommendations saved us lots of time researching and gives us peace of mind. Not all realtors are created equal, which is why we connected with Mariana instead of having our realtor relatives help us in our home search. We're glad we did! read more

We met Mariana serendipitously at an open house for another property and we are so glad we did! My gut read on her was great! We felt she really gets the market and gets people so we kept the conversation going. In the beginning we appreciated her straightforward candor about the market and ability to pick out properties we might like but then it blossomed into so so much more! Just a few weeks later, BOOM! she found us a property off market that was everything we wanted. She talked us through the pros and cons and helped us negotiate the right deal to make and win our very first offer. She was the strongest advocate for us and moreover she led us through an extremely stressful process with the most empathy, kindness and thoughtfulness. She is super responsive (literally at ALL hours of the day, I don't know how she does it!), comprehensive with the research, and a top notch negotiator. She has a great sense for design and how to see the potential in spaces. She gave us the confidence we needed at such an important time and was more than a real estate agent in so many ways. We felt so well taken care and are truly grateful that our paths have crossed. I HIGHLY recommend her for anything on the peninsula, you won't be sorry! read more

We first met Mariana serendipitously at an open house she was hosting with not a lot of knowledge regarding the home buying process and in just 4 short months, we became happy first-time homeowners. Mariana exemplifies everything one would want in a buyer's agent, with a determined personality capable of navigating through the extremely competitive Bay Area market while displaying integrity and warm compassion toward her work and clients. In addition to finding us the right home, Mariana connected us with loan brokers and contractors that are just as skilled and honest as she is. If we ever want to sell/buy in the future, there is no doubt that Mariana would be first person we would call! read more

Heather and Mariana helped us purchase our new home in Menlo Park. We met Heather by chance through Zillow's matching system and were immediately impressed with all the knowledge she imparted on us in a very short amount of time. Heather also made us feel comfortable, was not pushy at all, and was very pleasant. After meeting her for one open house, we asked if she could take us to see another house later that day and she changed her schedule to accommodate ours. Once we were serious about a house, Heather introduced us to Mariana. Mariana is a force of nature, super knowledgeable, and extremely well-connected in the industry. Together, Heather and Mariana formed the absolute dream team. Every time we were interested in a house, we had a call with them about disclosures and offer strategy - they always accommodated our schedules, were patient with our many questions, and followed up on open item. In the end, we got our dream house largely thanks to Heather and Mariana and the rapport they built with the listing agent. I recommend Heather and Mariana to any hopeful home buyer in the area - they will be your new (very helpful) best friends! read more

Mariana made the process so easy. She was available to show us houses when we were available, and after we found our house, she made the process a breeze. Our buying experience was quiet unusual but her inner knowledge of the market in our area helped us get a beautiful home in a very competitive market. She helped us with every step and knew instinctually where we would want to look next for our perfect home before we did. Marianna has also been very responsive after the sale of our house. She made a nerve racking process seem less daunting. We were pretty nervous as first time home buyers and she was great about checking in every day to see how we were. She also helped to facilitate talks with the sellers and always went with us to appointments. She has provided recommendations for contractors and even come to parties at our home. She is a wonderful person and agent. read more

By sheer luck we crossed paths with Nikki and the Mariana Pappalardo Group; and so began our speed racer adventure to upgrade our living space. With all the COVID hurdles to jump, we were still able to see every home we wanted to view with very little notice to Nikki who dealt with us with patience and compassion. They were also able to recommend people to get every job done- quick, from lending to flooring, to bathroom renovation recommendations... etc. We ended up trusting two perfect strangers (Nikki backed by Mariana's wealth of knowledge in this very competitive industry and locale) with our lives and they did not disappoint us. From start to finish the home purchase process took a little less than 2 months (home search to closing). I'd say that's a miracle considering how complex it is to buy a home in the Bay Area, amidst an uncertain market and civil drama! We will definitely keep them in our roster for all our housing needs and we continue to reach out to them for advice as we put the perfect finishing touches to our new home. read more

Mariana is awesome. She helped us every step of the way towards becoming first time home owners in this crazy Bay Area market. Its a joy to work with her, she is always available, always! She quickly understood what we were looking for, showed us plenty of options and shared her insights into so many minute details that we would have definitely missed them all. She is extremely sociable and connects well with people which can help to be remembered in a crowd of prospective buyers. What she is great at is understanding the potential of the home in terms of locality, future enhancements etc. and readily shares her ideas. She is very professional and thorough, always on top of the process right till the keys are handed over. The relationship doesn't end here though, she helped us out with a bunch of professional contacts for few things we wanted to get done in our home. That meant a lot to us. She's basically a wonderful person and I am glad we found her! I would strongly recommend her to anyone seriously looking at buying a home. read more

Mariana is THE BEST. From our first meeting she was truly impressive with her desire to find out exactly what we wanted, get to know us, and then immediately take that information and start looking for our perfect home. Amazingly, she ended up knowing us better than we knew ourselves in terms of the right house, and she found us our dream house...within a week of our first meeting!! That required us to have to turn around and put our house on the market within one week of the new house purchase. Mariana performed nothing short of a miracle! She did not cut ANY corners given the incredibly tough timeline. She had her team of amazing people there right away, helping me, getting the house ready with staging and touch ups. They did such a beautiful job that I fell in love with our old house again!! Mariana was a source of therapy for me as well. We did this purchase and sale when I was 8 months pregnant, and she made sure I was not stressed, that all was as easy as possible, and that our family was happy and enjoying the amazing new adventure we were undertaking. A time that for all practical purposes should have felt absolutely nuts was beyond manageable, all because of Mariana and her exceptional communication, reassurance, deliverance, execution, and the "Mariana village" - the team of amazing people surrounding her. Greatness clearly attracts greatness, and Mariana is truly great - impressive and absolutely lovely as a realtor and as a person, and completely in a league of her own. When you spend time with her you truly feel as if you are her only client, but of course you aren't! The worst part of how fast we found our home was that we wouldn't go on house hunts with Mariana anymore! :) We loved her so much we recommended her to a friend who went through the exact same process as us a month after we did, and Mariana delivered yet again. Her personal touches, drive and business acumen make her a class act. You won't find better. Thank you, Mariana. read more

This is my first review on Yelp.. I am writing this because our realtor Mariana totally deserves it.. She represented us as buyers and we couldn't have asked for a better realtor than her. Absolute professional but a good friend at the same time.. She will go through every detail and guide you through every step. She was able to answer our questions even at late hours... Its easy to get a realtor but hard to find one who is as involved in doing the right thing for you as you are. She is not the one who is doing a job to make money and then forget about you. She will keep in touch and help you if needed after the transaction is done. We recommended her to another friend and they bought their home within weeks of knowing her.. She doesn't have a magic wand. But she is smart, knows the market well and has lot of local contacts which works best... We are so happy that we decided to work with her and bought our first Single family home. Thank You Mariana.. You are the best!! read more

I had a highly positive experience with Mariana for all the stages of the buying process. Though she works primarily on the peninsula and I was looking for a place on the coast, she immediately came up to speed regarding local properties and established contacts with selling agents. By chance, she also had a good working relationship with my loan agent which facilitated my loan approval. She quickly picked up on what was important to me and selected visits that were appropriate. I found a place I was very happy with and made it clear that I wanted to pursue it aggressively which meant we had to move very quickly. That's where her process expertise kicked in. She really has it all down and having a relationship with the loan agent helped smooth the process. When putting together an offer, Mariana worked over the comps repeatedly and came up with a range that she could clearly explain and justify. She is actually sort of nerd when it comes to the analytical aspects of all this. The day the seller was collecting offers, she went over recent activity one more time and recommended we raise the offer a bit. It turned out to make the difference. I'm very happy with my purchase and attribute it to Mariana's extra effort. Mariana's responsiveness was off the charts. She is a real hand-holder. She returned all communications promptly and was great at explaining the road map of what needed to happen next. This was good because my lender was not great at this and Mariana really filled in. I contacted her frequently, but never felt like a pest. I recommend Mariana unreservedly. read more

Mariana was referred by a friend and she is very helpful through out my house hunting process and found my first ever home. She is extremely patient to explain everything I didn't know about housing before. We randomly met Mariana at a local open house that we stumbled into, and immediately felt she was a good person with her client's best interests at heart. This was our 2nd purchase in the Bay Area and after having a REALLY bad experience with our first agent, we were very hesitant to get back in the crazy Bay Area real estate game at all, and therefore would just browse open houses on our own. But when we met Mariana we just had a feeling that having her on our side would be a good decision, and we were right! We were not 100% in the game at first, and Mariana must have sensed that - because her communication was the perfect combination of "here are some interesting homes" and "No rush or pressure from me, I'm here when you are ready". It might sound silly, but that's exactly what we needed and I think she knew that. Turns out one of the listings she sent us ended up being the perfect place for us. Once we saw it and decided we wanted to offer on it, our communication suddenly went from random emails once/week to emails, phone calls and texts multiple times a day. She never missed a beat and was always available to answer our questions or give us information. She referred us to an excellent lender who was also extremely reliable and communicative. She had a relationship with the seller's agent and was able to navigate the negotiation process in our favor even though there were multiple offers on the property. I didn't think it was possible to have a good real estate experience in the Bay Area because of how competitive it is and how crazy the prices are - but working with Mariana on this home purchase was an absolute pleasure. read more

My girlfriend and I worked with Mariana to find our perfect home. She was very friendly and easy to talk to from the beginning to the end of our search. She listened patiently to our needs and made meaningful suggestions. Mariana is very knowledgeable about all real estate matters and is especially well informed with the housing market in the peninsula area, Mariana alerted us about some houses in Belmont and San Carlos area before they even came on to the market. She did her research and each week provided us with a list of open houses that met our needs. She was very punctual and met us at the open houses. She has done remodeling in her own house and was able to give us estimates about how much repair work we would have to do and how much it might cost us for each open house that we attended. She was very responsive and followed up with us regularly during our entire search. Mariana always made herself available and responded to texts and emails immediately every time. When we liked a house and wanted to make a bid, Mariana was very analytical in her approach. She would get us the comparables for that area for the past few months and use those numbers to make decisions. She would also keep in touch with the selling agent and kept us up to date about the amount of interest in the house we were planning to bid on. Mid way through our search, we changed our mind about the area we were looking at and started looking at a new area. Mariana quickly changed gears and got us information about our new area and comparables for it. In the end, our third offer for a house was accepted. Mariana was very helpful and patient during this entire time period. Mariana had to fly to Sweden for a family medical emergency during the time our house was in escrow but she stayed on top of things and touched base with us from Sweden to make sure everything was going smoothly and got everything wrapped up on time. She even recommended us names of contractors and handyman to do some repairs for our new place. All in all our experience searching for a home with Mariana was great. Searching for a home in the bay area is stressful to say the least and we are glad that we were working with Mariana who helped us make the entire process smooth and less taxing. read more
