Had a duo Mariachi for my wedding and they were very unprofessional. The signer wasn't the one I requested, they interrupt the bride to learn were to set up and to get paid when there were clearly told to address the maid of honor or best man. Very dissatisfied, when I requested a song they said they didn't know it not giving me a opportunity to ask for something else she said i'll sing what I know and walk away. I started taking vocal lessons with Señor Rodrigo over a year ago and shortly after really noticed a difference in my voice and confidence to sing. He was extremely helpful, patient, and taught great techniques. He had a way of helping me understand musical expression and how to find my key. Unfortunately, do to other obligations I had to stop taking lessons but since my son was interested in singing mariachi style music I had him take lessons with him as well. He's been just as great of a teacher with my son. I would recommend him to anyone whose trying to venture in this area of music or needs a little practice. I would recommend him to parents as well. Arrived on time except with one that got lost, understandable. I had so many comments on the music. I requested certain type of songs to be played due to the event type and they came through!!..all the guests loved them and asked for business cards. Rodrigo was very efficient but apologized for one of the members being a little late. To me that was ok because 3 were on time. I was worried that only 3 musicians (And these are not any musicians they are too notch professionals) that were going to show up to my daughter bday party . They had there own sound system which is not common with a typical mariachi . Rodrigo and he's two girls have AMAZING talent ,They blow us away how gorgeous they sang ... my family is very picky and demanding on asking request ... They never let us down , they know everything !!!! Any song we requested they knew it ! And if they didn't know it they sure played it off !! I only requested them for two hours but I was so impressed with there performance we payed a extra hour and half more. These guys were true professionals and artists! We booked them in Santa Clarita and they traveled all the way up from Long Beach to play. They started the concert with "Cielito Lindo," and they also played "Mexico Querido y Lindo" and took us on a journey around the Latin-world, playing various pieces from Spain, Cuba, and different parts of Mexico. The crowd had a wonderful time and enjoyed moving around, dancing (although they were dancing in their seats, since it was in a church), and tapping their toes and clapping. We hired this duo to sing at my Wedding. First if all, they were unprofessional and lacked interest in the songs that my Wife and I wanted them to sing. They were supposed to sing Ava Maria; this song was a tribute to my Mother who had passed away before my wedding....that moment was ruined, when my wife walked down the aisle, yet I could not hear them neither did our guests and my wife. We paid a lot of money for our wedding, and a lot of our guests expressed to myself that the songs that our guests requested were not sung. This is what my wife and I paid them to do. Most of our guests traveled far to attend our wedding and yet we were so disappointed. They were drinking at the bar, and were the only vendors, that were concerned more about consuming alcohol then providing their professionalism for our special day. I do not recommend this duo to provide their services for any event. They irritated my wife and I and should have been more honest with us in the beginning!! Very Disappointed!!!! read more
