Because we were selling remotely, Nina went above and beyond: coordinating every step of the plan, working seamlessly with our tenants to arrange house access, and scheduling necessary maintenance and repairs. When we stayed at the house for a few days to oversee the final touches, her stager did an absolutely beautiful job getting everything listing-ready. The results speak for themselves. We received multiple offers within the first few hours of showing and accepted a fantastic offer well above our asking price! A huge thank you to Nina and Amanda for making this entire process so smooth and easy. We highly recommend Nina to any prospective seller.

They stuck with us through the crazy market during COVID and found us our absolute dream home- a feat we honestly were not sure was possible in our budget. They worked extremely hard to find us what we were looking for. Lin sent us any house she felt we might have interest in, but never pushed us if we were not interested. Lin and Paul were both extremely knowledgeable when we went to view houses in person and were always completely honest about the positives and negatives of each home. Paul's home building background was particularly helpful. Additionally, they used their expertise to write us a creative offer that really made the difference in a competitive market. They had an extensive team set up to help us, from a mortgage broker, to a septic inspector, to a closing company. Everyone they recommended did great work for a fair price. Additionally, everything was done quickly and when we needed it- we had people helping us at 9pm when needed! As first time home buyers Lin and Paul made a stressful process fun and enjoyable. In addition to being experts in their field and the hardest working team you will find, they are wonderful, honest, caring, down to earth people. They take the time to really get to know you and make you feel like family. 5 stars, 10/10, use Lin and Paul for the best buying or selling experience!!!
