have been a customer here for some time, but after my experience today, I will not be returning…read more When I came in to pick up my clothes, they initially could not locate my order using my name and ticket information. I told the employee that my ticket was in my car and that I could go get it if needed. She told me to go ahead and get the ticket, so I spent approximately 5-7 minutes in my car looking for it. When I returned, they still could not match the ticket to my order. Eventually, the employee went to the rack and located my clothes herself. I commented that I was glad I had my ticket because, based on what had just happened, I was concerned my clothes may not have been found. She responded that they had "other methods" to locate the order. My question is: if there were other methods available, why was I sent outside to spend several minutes looking for the ticket in the first place? The second issue was even more concerning to me. I have previously explained to the employee that I am genuinely afraid of dogs. I have even shared that I was bitten in the face by a dog and showed her the scar. I understand that the dog is usually kept inside and does not typically come out, but today the dog did come out while I was in the store. I immediately became uncomfortable and left the store. I was then told that they could simply serve me from the door. As a customer, that statement was extremely disappointing and made me feel as though my business was no longer wanted. I was also there to drop off additional clothing, but after that interaction, I took my clothes and left. I believe customers should be treated with patience, respect, and consideration--especially returning customers who have already communicated a legitimate concern. There were several opportunities today to handle this situation differently, and unfortunately, the way it was handled left me feeling very unwelcome. Because of this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

DO NOT DRY CLEAN AT THIS CLEANERS. DISHONEST & NO INTEGRITY…read more They shrunk and ruined custom jacket. I gave it to them to try and resolve. They had the jackets for two weeks. I asked if they cannot fix the jacket what are next steps. The owner said we will replace. I left the jacket with a sample jacket of the fit. I flew in town to pick up. The jacket is tight across the chest and short on the arms and the length is shortened. Her response was for me to leave the jacket again for them to keep trying to unshrink. Then they tried to blame the fabric. If you thought the fabric was an issue, you should have said something when I brought it in and I would not have used your cleaners to dry clean. I will make sure all of my family , friends and church know to not use. They are DISHONEST AND HAVE NO INTEGRITY. YOU RUINED MY JACKET. DO NOT USE THIS CLEANERS!!!!!!

When I got them back I realized the lady there just folded them over and sewed them up! It looked terrible I was very unhappy but I paid up.
