I have nothing but positive things to say about this "hostel". Quotation marks you may ask??…read moreBecause it is far from a hostel. It's more of a guesthouse and the owner Lily treats you as a guest in an apartment. I really believe if I stayed any where else my trip to Vienna wouldn't be the same. The process to book wasn't terrible, I booked through the hostel website and paid in cash when I received my keys to the apartment. The hallway to get to the apartment was a bit dodgy but once you get inside the apartment is so well maintained and clean! The beds were comfortable and there is also a kitchen if you want to cook. Breakfast, wifi, and toiletries are also included. The location was absolutely amazing and safe! I really plan on coming back to Vienna and when I do I'll be coming back here!

I'm usually not a huge fan of hostels, but this one was great. I booked a private room for a few…read moredays in Vienna, and when I checked in, they upgraded me to a full apartment for my stay. Pretty nice to have the private kitchen and a great view. In the lobby, there were guitars for playing and travel books you could check out. They also had a box of leftover items travelers didn't need, and a basket for metrocards that were still good. Just a lot of good ideas in this hostel. Oh, and the lobby had a bar, too. Good location for me walking distance from the night buses, trams, and metro. Nice front desk staff. No complaints at all!
I'm glad I chose this place for my stay in Vienna . I…read morereally like the design of it and it's conveniently located next to a major metro hub that has both a food, court, a grocery store as well as a few shops . Perhaps the most amazing and unique thing, though is the fact that the hostel shares the same building as an IKEA so you can literally go to an IKEA food court in your pajamas if you want and order a coffee for your fikka ( Swedish coffee break) Lastly they also host some really cool events like a paid LGBTQ branch on Sundays, and a weekly showing of Germany's drag race that's hosted by some contestants. I was super sad to miss those events as I had to leave to go to Prague but it was nice knowing they had some specific lgbtq events as well . I'm giving the place a 4/5 only due to noise / sound insulation issues . Every Wednesday night they host a live karaoke on the main lobby level floor and you can hear it on the floor above where the rooms are so much so that it's hard to fall asleep at a decent hour .

A fun walk though. 7 minutes from a main train station, trams and buses. Also from the bus that takes you directly to the airport. Also close to couple of the nice nightlife spots. - Rooms: We got a private room with its private bathroom, it was clean and nice. The weather started to get cold a bit, the heat was turned on right away in the whole facility. - Facilities: Did not get the chance to check out their facilities. No feedback on this. - Internet access: The staff told us we can have it in the common areas, but not in our room. We did have internet access in our room for some reason!

Overall I was really satisfied for the amount I payed for my stay and am thinking about visiting it another time.

They had free WIFI and they did our laundry for us (and folded it) for cheap! The hostel was a little bit outside of the city center but really not too far to walk and explore plus it was very close to one of the train stations, Westbahnhof, and very close to a U-bahn (subway) stop. The staff here were extremely kind and friendly and gave us maps and lots of information about the city and what to do. Vienna is a beautiful city and it was nice to have a break from the usual hostels we had been staying at and actually experience a very comfortable stay. I highly recommend this hostel to anyone traveling through Vienna.
