The sago added a soft, chewy texture and the pomelo gave little bursts of citrusy bitterness that balanced the sweetness really well. It felt light but still indulgent. The tiramisu was also really good. Soft, creamy layers with a nice coffee flavor that was not too bitter, and just the right amount of sweetness. Very smooth and easy to keep eating. We stayed for a while just chatting and were not rushed out at all, which I really appreciated. Not every café lets you sit and relax like that. It is located down a slightly shady alley, but honestly it is fine, especially when it is still light out and since it is in Chinatown. Just feels a little hidden at first.
