The person I spoke to was nice enough but the questions I asked had to be references to the office itself so each question I was asked to hold to get an answer to. I had to spell the type of injury I have to the representative so no knowledge on their end of what the office does. Weird pricing for cash pay, not 225 or something like that but instead 211.32, odd He also tried to connect me to someone at a few of the offices they oversee and no one was available for calls. He said they are all with patients which tells me that they may not have enough people for the volume of people they see. Not sure if this is a corporate company, meaning several offices throughout the state so less of a personal touch and more about volume.
