sadly, if you need something other than your toenails trimmed, you're likely not to get what you require from Dr. Jameson Noorda. The man quiet quit from the first appointment. He literally did not treat me! I sought his help after receiving a botched bunionectomy from another physician. Dr. Noorda implied that if I took the five day course of steroids that we'd be able to discuss surgical options if the steroids were unsuccessful. He literally then acted like he never said that at my follow up appointment. I've never had a doctor do something that bizarre! At an appointment months later he did admit that he had in fact said that. In the five months that I saw him all he did was tell me to come back because it wasn't time yet. At my last appointment, He actually told me not to come back for five months! Seriously, he did nothing for me. I felt like I had no other choice, but to seek the services of another physician and I did! And thank God I did! My new doctor ordered an MRI and was able to diagnose my necrosis and another condition called Frieberg Infraction. I had the surgery I was desperate for and I'm currently recovering. Recovery is a beautiful word. If a doctor is going to quiet quit, they should share that information with the patient. Had he done so I definitely would've sought help elsewhere. Instead, he strung me along! If you need your toenails trimmed, he's your guy! If you need anything else, find a different doctor. Don't waste time like I did. read more

Jodi the Office Manager was absolutely amazing in getting surgeries scheduled, is super friendly, and spent time explaining my insurance coverage so I wouldn't be surprised by anything. Dr. Tracy Leavitt excised an ingrown toenail. He was super friendly, explained what was happening, and made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Jameson Noorda performed a major surgery on me (heel spur excision and plantar fasciotomy). Dr. Noorda is the best. He has completely fixed my foot pain. I've had foot pain for over a decade - and he fixed it. This price does not beat around the bush with office visits and such. If you need treatment, they do it as soon as possible. I wish they would accept my new insurance, I'm scared to let any other doctors work on my feet. 10/10 would recommend this office. They're the best. read more

Highest of High Recommendations!! Got a splinter lodged in my foot and I could not get it out. I decided to let it "work itself out"... bad mistake. Two weeks later it got infected. My wife called Dr. Noorda's office to see if they could get me in ASAP. They totally accommodated (no wait). It was pretty deep in there, so Norda took a careful look and gently wrestling-with and lanced the splinter out. Such a good dude!!... First of all I can't believe anyone has wrote a review in years this place needs a good cleaning. The staff at the front desk barely raise their head or advise me to sign when I approached the counter their conversation with one another seemed more important than a customer. The front desk lady is rude. Make sure u know ur insurance coverage b4 u call because she will assume u have insurance that isn't covered under their network. Plus, she won't even ask for ur insurance information ID# or Group number. She will tell u to call or take a picture of the back of ur card to send it to them. All I did was ask questions and told her I was referred by my doctor, who knows that this office is in my network. But now that I know for sure, I have United Healthcare choice plus plan open access. But now, I have had this horrible experience with this impatient front desk lady who would want to visit here. Especially when she said, "Hold on, you can talk to my office manager. My recent appointment with Dr. Tracy Leavitt and His staff, including the receptionist Tracy, was a very good experience! Doctor Levitt listened to my rather long list of issues (I rarely see a podiatrist). He was very engaging, patient and extremely kind. He was also thorough and professional. I received in office Ankle X-rays. Doctor Levitt explained what was going on with my ankle thoroughly. He offered suggestions for relief. For my situation, he was very conservative and not "gung ho" for surgery as I have experienced in the past. He was never dismissive and was truly listening. My appointment was actually for the next day, but they fit me in quickly. (It was first thing in the morning And I believe someone had canceled.) The first time I came here was to have a growth removed from my toe. Dr. Spencer Noorda performed the procedure which hurt considerably then and for several weeks thereafter until the growth grew back. Several months later I went back because it felt like there was something on the bottom of my foot. He existed it in the office and told me he was sending me to Desert Radiology for an mri. Never got referral. Called several times, no one returned call. Still no call back. I will proceed to locate a different podiatrist. Poor service, poor follow up, poor caring of patients. read more

We arrived a little bit early to fill out paperwork and we were through the door before our appointment time and into the exam room where the doctor was waiting. What???? Context: I had an ingrown big toenail on my left foot since 2011 (I know) and another ingrown big toenail on my right foot for a year. While the former started to heal itself, the latter was getting worse and worse to the point where last week I accidentally stubbed my toe and my entire top half of my foot was immediately covered in blood! Not fun! So, finally, I decided to get it taken care of. Scheduling: On Monday, August 1 I called in to ask about my insurance and was then able to make an appointment for the next day! The receptionist was helpful and friendly and advised me to come in a little early for paperwork. The Visit: Upon arrival, August 2, I filled out some paperwork and despite there being several patients in the waiting room, I was taken back within 10-15 minutes of waiting. Dr. Noorda came in and was super friendly, welcoming and professional. We talked for a few minutes about my toes and he got right to work. Like other reviewers said, he was super patient yet efficient. We talked while he sprayed my left toe with some icy cold spray and then quickly chopped off the corner of my toenail, which was like a 4 on a pain scale of a 10. He explained everything he was going to do, which was nice, and then sprayed my right toe icy cold as well before injecting three tiny needles to numb my toe. He left the room for a few minutes (long enough for me to catch a pidgey!) and came back when it was all numbed up and cut out the ingrown nail. Overall: The whole trip to the office took almost one hour, which I felt was super quick. I had a really great visit and everyone in the office was so friendly and helpful! I was encouraged to come back if the nails became ingrown again and I definitely will come back without a doubt if I have any more issues! The entire process was so quick, easy and virtually pain free, I genuinely feel silly for not coming in sooner to get my painful ingrown nails taken care of sooner. So, if you're where I was and are hesitant to go in, just do it. Once the numbness wore off my toe barely hurt (especially in comparison to when it was ingrown!) and I was literally walking around pretty much the entire rest of the day and night running errands and catching Pokemon. Dr Noorda used to be in a location on Eastern but moved to this MUCH nicer location a couple of years ago. I first started seeing him on the recommendation of an old boss after I chipped my heel in what can only be described as a freak accident. It involved my dog, a reclining chair and a Christmas tree... But I digress... I have had screwed up feet for years because of the Converse Chuck Taylors I wore growing up. I liked Dr Noorda so much that after the freak accident, I started seeing him on a regular basis for my flat, screwed up feet. His staff is remarkably efficient. I have never waited in the waiting room or the patient room for more than five minutes.Dr Noorda spends time with you as if you were his long-lost buddy and has an almost eerie recollection of details from previous visits. When I told him I was planning to run a 5k he gave me some great advice on what type of shoes to get for my type of feet and how to break them in. He will also try to give you the most efficient/inexpensive treatment plan possible. He never tries to "upsell" and will gladly give you tips and tricks to help with whatever issues you may have. Im still sitting in the parking lot of the business as I leave a review! This was my second appointment. I firstly want to say that I rarely leave reviews even if they are good experiences. This has to have been one of my best experiences in a doctors office. I saw Dr. Tracy Leavitt initially for a fracture after seeing a specialist (elsewhere) prior to him. The staff was so helpful getting me in to an appointment as soon as possible as I was told from my first specialist that I would need surgery. Dr. Leavitt deemed this to be untrue during my first visit and it was the best news! My second appointment came today for a follow up, just the same he was very caring and understanding. Being his last patient for the day he even took time out of his schedule to help me with another issue I was having, unrelated to my fracture. I can't thank this office, and Dr. Leavitt, enough for taking care of me in the aid of my first broken bone. I highly recommend making this your first choice. read more

I did not really know what to expect since I usually only have gone to a podiatrist when I was in pain. But I needed to have my calluses removed since I almost needed a blood transfusion the last time I did it ! I thought this would be an incentive to take better care of my feet. I have been a patient of Dr Noorda for the last two years and have been very happy with the treatment for gout that he has given. However, his office manager (Jenny) is a poor reflection of the service he provides. On Sunday, April 6th my pharmacy (Savon) sent a request for a refill of Allopurinal (gout treatment) to his office. I ran out of medication on Thursday, April 10th. I contacted the pharmacy several times. Records indicate the RX was faxed to Affiliated Podiatry at least 4 times during the week. No response, Then on Monday, April 14th after I contacted Affiliated they ordered a RX for uloric. Tried uloric in the past under Dr Noorda's treatment, Caused gout flare immediately. Cost prohibitive. Uloric is $222 per month compared to $4 per month for Allopurinol, I Affiliated and spoke with Jenny, the office manager. She said their fax machine does not work 50 percent of the time. BUY A NEW ONE! She further stated that since I showed an old balance on my account that the insurance had not paid they must withhold any medication.
