Most local furniture stores claim to have the lowest prices in their area, but if you search the internet for the exact same piece you are going to find it cheaper. That was the case regarding the piece I drove 3 1/2 hours one way to pick up a dining room server table. I was greeted by someone as soon as I walked in the door, just like all furniture stores. I explained exactly what I wanted, he walked me through this huge store and showed me the piece, I checked it out and did the paperwork and then drove a few miles away to the warehouse where I picked up my item. They loaded it my SUV and we drove back home. I did ask them to open the box so I could inspect it before they loaded it, it was fine.

When I walked into the clearance store, there was one employee sitting at a desk and another behind the counter. Neither acknowledged me or welcomed me into the store. I browsed the entire first floor, walked past both employees multiple times, went through the back of the store, and even downstairs to the basement -- still without a single word being spoken to me. At one point, one of the employees walked directly past me in the basement and still never asked if I needed help. On my way out, I walked past the counter again and the woman sitting there said absolutely nothing. No "Did you find what you were looking for?" No "Thank you for stopping in." Nothing. Ironically, I actually found both a living room set and a bedroom set that I wanted to purchase, but after being completely ignored the entire visit, I refused to spend my money there. I left the store feeling confused, neglected, and honestly wondering whether I was invisible -- or simply too dark. I cannot remember the last time I walked out of a business feeling so unwelcome. Furniture stores are not places people casually wander through for entertainment. Most customers are there because they are preparing to make a major purchase. There were only three other couples in the store, and one of those couples was already being helped by the third employee, so it was not a situation where the staff was overwhelmed or too busy to acknowledge customers. I held this in for weeks, but the experience has continued to bother me enough that I felt compelled to share it. No customer should ever leave a business feeling unseen and unwelcome the way I did.

They send an email when your order is ready. When you get there, they have a little corral area and you park there and call in to let them know you've arrived. They were nice enough and when I finally got ahold of my Dr's office and they got the fax they were pretty wquick to fill it so I could get back on the road. Was clean and bright, the staff in both the pharmacy and front registers was friendly and accomidating. Not sure when I would get back to Ohio to come again, but it was nice to know it was there when I needed. Located a quick few blocks from the highway made it very convenient.

First off, the other reviews for this Walgreens are from 2018 and 2014. I will start right there…read more Prior to 2019, I probably would have agreed with those reviews. After 2019, this pharmacy became a complete nightmare to deal with. Where do I start? From the "meal breaks" where no person is available in the pharmacy from a certain time to a certain time at least an hour which varies depending on who is there and how they are feeling that day. To days where you go to the drive thru pharmacy and it is randomly closed because of staffing issues. Some of these issues I could understand in late 2019 all the way until 2021. After 2021 up to present day, this place has used that "Covid" excuse as a means to continue a pattern of utter laziness and nonchalant way of conducting business. If a business is understaffed.....hire more people. If people are underqualified....train them. I paint for a living, I don't need a pharmicist to give me helpful hints on how to do my job, why do I have to give advice to pharmacists or managers of Walgreens? I do my job and I do it well, why can't they do their jobs and do them well? Other issues besides being randomly open at all different times and days would be: being out of stock of certain medications and not being able to get them for weeks (I am not exaggerating.....weeks!) I was a customer for many years, I explained that I was taking my prescriptions to Giant E. and they didn't seem to mind at all. Actually, I was convinced that employees and management want people to leave and take Rx elsewhere because it lightens their workload. I have not been happier since I took my Rx to a different pharmacy. I think upper management might want to look at this particular location. I am not certain about other locations but this one is absolutely horrendous.
