We spent $3500 on bedroom furniture and mattresses and had a great sales experience with Salesman…read moreDino. Waited about 2 months for delivery which is what we were advised. When the delivery guys came they set up the beds and mattresses. I did not check the assembly closely when they finished as I assumed they were the professionals. But after they left we noticed that on one of the beds the side rails were attached with only one bolt in each corner and the bed was very wobbly. When I looked closer it appeared the problem was that we had the wrong side rails as the hole for the second bolt did not line up with the hole on the headboard or footboard. I called customer service and explained the problem and was told it was impossible for us to have the wrong side rails, and they would send someone out in a week or so. We had guests coming so I used some hose clamps to tighten the thing up. As promised the delivery crew came and had only the four screws and I guess they thought it was a simple matter of installing the missing screws, despite my attempt to fully describe the problem and my offer to send photos. At this point I just wanted the crew to take the bed back, but they said they couldn't do that until I had gone through some sort of return process at the store. Called warranty manager and he said he would have someone come out to drill holes and put through bolts. I wasn't crazy about that solution but was willing to consider it. In the meantime we went back to the store and looked at the display bed and sure enough it was obvious we had the wrong rails. Our salesman intervened and said he would get this resolved. He did, after four days of radio silence, and advised they would have someone come out with either a new bed or at least side rails. About a week later the delivery crew came, one of which was the original delivery guy, and did make the swap. In inspecting the assembly closer this time, I realized he had used a power driver and on at least one of the bolts he had pretty much stripped out the allen head on the bolt, which would have made disassembly someday kind of difficult. Bottom line is the store did make things right, although it took way more contact on my part and trips on their part than it needed. We did receive a voucher for $50 off on a future purchase. Advice for Wayside customers is to make sure you very closely inspect the assembly and the condition of delivered furniture BEFORE the crew leaves. Advice to the warehouse and delivery manager, encourage your crews to be a bit more diligent in how they deliver and advise them to be very careful using power drivers on assembly of furniture. My personal practice is to maybe use a power driver to start a fastener, but always hand-tighten at the end to make sure I don't strip or overdrive.

I have been a Wayside Furniture customer for over 50 years and have purchased furniture from…read moreWayside because I believed they sold quality products and, more importantly, stood behind what they sold. Unfortunately, my recent experience has completely changed my opinion. On 01/16/26, I purchased a $1,100 ORT689/SO recliner with fabric #3155. I was assured by the salesperson that I was purchasing a high-quality, top-of-the-line recliner. I picked it up from the Wayside warehouse on 02/16/26. Less than six months later, the fabric on the footrest began peeling away from the fabric base. The same problem has now started on the right arm of the recliner. I contacted Wayside Customer Service on 08/11/26 at 10:20 AM and left a message. I then had to wait for a return call at their convenience. At 3:49 PM, Sarah contacted me by text and asked for pictures. On 08/12/26 at 9:12 AM, she responded that she could not see the problem in the original photos and requested closer pictures. I sent those at 2:21 PM. Sarah then told me she would contact the factory to get the replacement cost for the footrest. I had to ask why I would need to pay for the repair since the chair is only 6 months old. Also, what was particularly concerning was that the damaged armrest was not addressed. I was also told that the problem was not covered and was considered normal "wear and performance" that happens over time. Let that sink in: a $1,100 recliner, less than six months old, with fabric peeling away from the footrest and arm, is apparently considered normal wear. I was given the name of a Manager and the warehouse address and made another attempt to get this resolved. On 08/14/26, after leaving several additional messages throughout the day, I finally received a call at 3:26 PM from Sean, the Manager. Sean was aware of the situation with the recliner. Much of our conversation centered around whether the damage was considered "normal wear." At one point, Sean stated that he had no idea how we handle or care for our furniture. I found that statement particularly offensive and insulting, especially given that the recliner was only about six months old and had cost us $1,100. Rather than addressing why the fabric was already peeling and failing, the comment seemed to suggest that the condition of the chair could somehow be attributed to how we treated it. I am in my 70s and just want to relax in my chair! I explained again that this was a relatively new recliner and that the salesperson had assured us we were purchasing a high-quality, top-of-the-line product. After going back and forth over the issue, Sean offered to pay half of the replacement cost of the footrest, as well as the cost of installation. Unfortunately, there was nothing Wayside could or would do about the damage that had already begun on the right armrest. I find this solution unacceptable. I did not purchase a $1,100 recliner expecting the fabric to begin failing within months. I certainly did not expect to have to prove that peeling fabric is actually peeling, leave multiple messages, wait hours for responses, and then be told that the deterioration is simply normal wear or somehow my fault. The most disappointing part is not just the defective furniture--it is how Wayside handled the problem. After more than 50 years of shopping at Wayside, I expected better. I chose Wayside over other furniture retailers because I believed they valued their customers and stood behind their products. Unfortunately, this experience has shown me that the Wayside I trusted for decades is gone. The company I once believed stood behind its products and valued its customers is not the company I see today. Wayside has lost a longtime customer. I will not be purchasing furniture from Wayside again, and after more than 50 years as a customer, that is not a decision I make lightly. I will also be sharing my experience with others so they can make an informed decision before making a furniture purchase from Wayside. For $1,100, I expected a quality recliner--not a chair that starts falling apart within six months and a customer service experience that leaves the customer feeling like the problem is somehow their fault. One star is more than I feel this experience deserves.

They were nice enough and when I finally got ahold of my Dr's office and they got the fax they were pretty wquick to fill it so I could get back on the road. Was clean and bright, the staff in both the pharmacy and front registers was friendly and accomidating. Not sure when I would get back to Ohio to come again, but it was nice to know it was there when I needed. Located a quick few blocks from the highway made it very convenient.

First off, the other reviews for this Walgreens are from 2018 and 2014. I will start right there…read more Prior to 2019, I probably would have agreed with those reviews. After 2019, this pharmacy became a complete nightmare to deal with. Where do I start? From the "meal breaks" where no person is available in the pharmacy from a certain time to a certain time at least an hour which varies depending on who is there and how they are feeling that day. To days where you go to the drive thru pharmacy and it is randomly closed because of staffing issues. Some of these issues I could understand in late 2019 all the way until 2021. After 2021 up to present day, this place has used that "Covid" excuse as a means to continue a pattern of utter laziness and nonchalant way of conducting business. If a business is understaffed.....hire more people. If people are underqualified....train them. I paint for a living, I don't need a pharmicist to give me helpful hints on how to do my job, why do I have to give advice to pharmacists or managers of Walgreens? I do my job and I do it well, why can't they do their jobs and do them well? Other issues besides being randomly open at all different times and days would be: being out of stock of certain medications and not being able to get them for weeks (I am not exaggerating.....weeks!) I was a customer for many years, I explained that I was taking my prescriptions to Giant E. and they didn't seem to mind at all. Actually, I was convinced that employees and management want people to leave and take Rx elsewhere because it lightens their workload. I have not been happier since I took my Rx to a different pharmacy. I think upper management might want to look at this particular location. I am not certain about other locations but this one is absolutely horrendous.
