The store is clean. We used the app to order ahead and our food was ready when we arrived. The staff were friendly. Our food was hot and fresh. I ordered 3 large pepperoni magnifico pizza's on line. Even though we are over 20 miles away, we have enjoyed their pizza's in the past so.... I arrived to pick up my pizza's and the young man brought me 5 small pizza cartons. He said they ran out of large boxes so he had to put them in those boxes. I said there is no way he got 3 large pizza's in those small boxes. He opened one and said he put 4 slices in each box. I said there should still be one more box then. He opened a box and showed me he had squeezed one of the pizza's into one box. There was no way that was a large pizza in that small box. It almost fit. I didn't want to argue with what appeared to be a teenager and said I don't blame him but he should talk to someone about getting their inventory up. I got home and sat down to eat what, at best, was 3 medium sized, very greasy "pizzas" that were probably rolled out of 3 portions of dough that were to be rolled into small pizza's. This was probably the worse pizza experience I have had in my over 64 years on this earth. I have some "clout", so to speak, with family and friends, and I can pretty much guarantee that there will be at least 5 families who will be taking their pizza business elsewhere. I have photos. First, let me say I know all of hospitality is having a very hard time getting people to work. With that said, if you can't turn out the quality, just close. Seriously. Taking revenue from Customers when you know you can't do the work is just wrong. So, Marco's was highly recommended by my hotel. Placed and order at 7:30 pm. It took literally ten minutes to get the order right - not that hard, one side one way, one the other. Had to repeat the order at least ten times before the person said she got it. Disappointing, but hey, as long as the pizza is hot and good, no worries, right? The estimated delivery time given was 45 to 60 minutes. At an hour and a half I started to worry. At two hours I called. The person said "your order was delivered 45 minutes ago". Really? No pizza. Offered to remake it and get it on a rush delivery. Imagine my surprise when the ORIGINAL pizza was delivered cold as a stone ten minutes later. Obviously, the driver lied. Fire him, I don't care how short handed you are. Its now been 3.5 hours and no pizza. I doubt its ever coming. I just think lying and not delivering on the promise is the way they do it here at Marco's in Orangeburg. Don't waste your money. Even a Papa John's or Domino's pizza would be better than this shitshow! read more

Marcos did exactly as they said, delivered on time, AND outside their zone.! I work at a shop and cant always leave, and NOBODY will deliver to me, except my new found friends at Marcos, thank you guys. We were traveling through the area and wanted pizza. We usually won't order pizza from a place that makes the pizza on a conveyer but everyone in the area does when we called all of the. The gentleman assured me the pizza was good. I'm glad we decided to order from here vs. one of the other places. This was our first time ordering since we moved to SC bit we love the one in FL so we figured we would give it a try. The customer service was friendly, the pizza we got was all meat and it was awesome. We ordered sweet chili wings double sauce well done, now the flavor was on point however the well done wasn't so well done. All in all I would say we will return in hopes for well done wings. I called my order in at 4:15pm, wanting to pick up the pizzas at 5pm. Got to the store at 5pm, I was told they weren't ready because the order just came through. "Came through what?" I asked. I was told the internet? I then informed them I specifically called the order in because I needed to pick up at 5pm. I was told they would be ready in ten minutes... 40 minutes later I got my pizzas. So I asked what was my benefit calling an order in almost an hour before I needed them? No apologies etc! So to top it off the pizza's look like they were thrown together and one of them isn't even warm! Lesson learned! read more

I never received my order, I called multiple times and they all yelled at me through the phone and refused to allow me to speak to the manager. I went there March 3rd around 1:30 for lunch. It was my first time there and had no clue what kind of pizza should I order. The one guy there was pulling out an everything pizza and it looked good so I ordered a medium pie. The guy was very nice and was working all alone, but he was moving very fast to fill my order plus 3 more orders I guess people had ordered online or called in. After 12 minutes my pizza was ready and he thanked me hoped I enjoy my pizza. When I got home I was in shock on how good the pizza was. I will be going back very soon, I just hope the one employee gets some help. There was a delivery guy but he was in and out. I wish I could give this place a 10 stars. read more

Terrible service. Took two hours to receive my food, and they delivered the wrong food! I couldn't call back because they had closed. Called back the next day when they opened to tell them and the manager said " oh yeah the driver told me he delivered the wrong food." They didn't take the first steps to contact me to make it right!
