First having Marco's pizza and it was alright. I ordered the Grilled Chicken Florentine and it was really good. My husband got Tripple Pepperoni Magnifico and said that it was okay. So many times I highlight the sit-down, raved about restaurant I've been wanting to try, but today I wanted to take some time to highlight one of the local businesses that keep a town going. For months now, we've ordered pizza almost every single Friday. We call it in for pick up, schedule an order for later, or in the rare occasion order via Uber/Doordash. Every single time the pizza is exactly as ordered and delicious. When my husband or I go to pickup the pizza, we're greeted by kind staff that either has the pizza ready beforehand or right as we're walking in. They work with me to get the best deal for what I want to order (usually specialty pizzas), and there's always a jovial spirit from everyone when inside. We will keep giving them our business and recommend them to anyone looking for a staple pizza place. - P.S. The hot honey pepperoni magnifico and the white cheezy can do no wrong ever. read more

This is one of the best pizzas I've eaten, especially from a chain. As a new GA resident, this location sent me a coupon for a free medium 2-topping pizza, which is great. However, I was in the mood for a loaded pizza so I ordered a customized medium garden pizza with old world pepperoni, Italian sausage, black olives, green olives, sliced Roma tomatoes, mushrooms, and feta cheese on original crust w/ "romasean" seasoning. My pizza was beautiful, and absolutely delicious. The pepperoni crisped up nicely, and the crust wasn't soggy from all the heavy toppings. The delivery driver was very nice, showed up a few mins early and waited to make sure I took the pizza inside after he dropped it off. He even sent me a text thanking me for the tip. I don't know what's up with the poor reviews. Those reviews are really old; maybe there's been a change in management since then, but I 100% do not regret paying for this pizza and eating it. I also ordered Buffalo wings, which were good. The wings were of decent size and cooked properly, they gave me 50/50 drums/flats and there wasn't a whole lot of grease. It was a cool day as fall started to slowly creep upon us. I decided to order some Marco's pizza from this specific location. Delivery? Yes please! I ordered around 12:40p.m. Sadly, I never got many updates on the status of my delicious pie. Nevertheless, after 45 minutes, it arrived with a knock at my door. I ate it and oh my! It was by far the best delivery pizza I've had in a long time! Plus, the unbeatable deals always make the ambiance around me light up! Did the online order tonight Oct 26, 2020. The girls working were all wearing their Covid mask and cleaning up the processing area. I was really impressed and felt the manager was very lucky to have a crew working this hard. We always order the Grilled Chicken Florentine pizza and it as usual, spot on. Took over an hour to get me a single pizza when the store if a five minute drive. Cooking alone somehow took 30 to 40 minutes. A five minute drive turned into thirty. The pizza wasn't even warm. Don't bother getting anything from here if you can't go pick it up yourself. read more

So, I decided to try Marco's pizza tonight for the first time. I ordered a small pepperoni pizza. I did this so I could try the restaurant without spending a lot (in case I didn't like it). I ordered online at 4:40 pm. I was quoted a 5:38 pm online delivery time and the driver got to my house at 5:22 pm. I was impressed/happy with the order. The pizza was a traditional pepperoni pizza. The crust was soft and chewy which I like. It was a little oily, but not so much that I didn't want to eat it. It was also a little salty. Overall, I really liked the pizza and would definitely try Marco's again. I would recommend them to anyone wanting something over the chain places. It's a good alternative. read more

Orders 2 subs and a Greek salad tonight online. After ordering I get a phone call they are out of lettuce...a pizza/sub/salad place are out of lettuce on a Monday??? It was just poor service all the way around, I honestly felt like they wanted me to cancel my order and I most likely should have and ordered from Peoples Choice down the street. I asked them to substitute spinach which they didn't think of and had to check if they had that in the store, waited on hold for 7 minutes after calling them to make the suggestion after they voided my salad from the order. Mind you I have ordered from Marcos 2-3 times a month. Last week i ordered 2 subs, a greek salad and ceaser salad and received all ceaser dressing on delivery. I ordered a greek salad with Greek dressing?? Delivery is way to long so I typically do carry out. They have young kids running the store and can't seem to think outside the box. Unfortunate because I love their Italian sub and Greek salad but there are plenty other choices around!! Customer service needs to be spot on and it was lacking tonight. Marco's pizza used to be the best place around. Now it's like they don't even care. The last 2 times we've ordered from here there has been an issue. I really liked this place but I have to go anywhere else. With so many other choices you can't half step like they have started doing. Last time we ordered: they delivered to the wrong address and when they arrived, the pizza was cold. This time: in order pizza at 9:45 I figured give them a while because it's late (they close at 11). So after an hour and a half I try to call and no answer. Great job marcos. Their pizza is very average and not that much different than Papa John's. The customer service was great. The pizza is pretty lackluster for what I consider to be high prices. I feel like I can get the same quality at dominoes for less price. They that necessarily stand out in anyway. Marco's had become our family's defacto carryout pizza joint. They are a bit pricey, but the have coupons available, plus many organizations sell discount cards that have a BOGO offer from Marco's. As a matter of principle, I always order carryout to ensure a fresh pizza. Delivery (in general) is something that doesn't exist in my pizza world. My favorite pizza is thin crust, but they are limited as to which sizes can be purchased thin. The regular crust pizza is also very good. Regarding toppings, I really like their old world pepperoni which is smaller, crunchier and spicier than regular pepperoni. Thieir salads are large and fresh. We are happy with a garden salad, but the Caesars salad is very good too. We also like their sandwiches for an alternative. They are flavorful, hot and not all doughy. Lastly, I can't say I'm a fan of their wings. They're usually overcooked and soggy. I'll eat them, but several other places have better wings. As long add you stick to the basics, Marco's is a hard pizza to beat. read more

Visiting Newnan monthly and tried delivery of this pizza place. Firstly, it's extremely difficult to even bring up a menu on their website. You have to fill out all this stuff to get a menu! Annoying. So I called and talked to the manager. It seems you have to sign in first. Anyway, I ordered a medium thin crust pizza, half cheese and half meat. The delivery was fast and good. Upon opening the box, I was very disappointed to see the pizza cut in squares. I really hate that, and it might've let you know if you had been able to see the menu. I ordered a pizza from Marcos on Bullsboro Dr Newnan Ga It was a Veggie pizza unfit for human consumption. The pizza bread was unbelievable dry as if had been sitting out for days the veggies were old it was filled with spinach why because it was old rotten spinach the tomatoes were not even fresh it was filled with sauce that tasted like it was took straight out the can and spread on, maybe warmed even the pineapples were lifeless and dry it was disgusting I called to talk to the manager he said his name was Jason Jason told me they would put me on a list for a free pizza I will say that last week a ordered a pizza from Marcos and it was fresh and good I was so disappointed with todays pizza and disgusted they thought it was ok to delivery such trash My guess is a bunch of teenagers work there on the weekend and don't give a damn $ 28.21 for a speciality pizza thrown in the trash. read more

We are 4.9 miles from the store and we were told that they don't deliver to this area. When questioning why, we were told that the manager left the delivery area up to the delivery drivers because he was new to the area. Man working the register, after taking money from another customer, looked at me and walked off. He went to the back, started texting on his phone and cranked up his boom box playing Purple Rain by Prince at an annoyingly high volume. Finally, after about 10 minutes, a female employee asked me about my order. It had been sitting there the whole time. The only problem, it was a small and it looked horrible. We ordered a large meat "palooza" sic?, less the Italian sausage. I had enough and told her about the rude behavior and that I wouldn't be back. She seemed to somewhat care.
