I was doing laundry recently about 1-2 weeks ago and I smelled something burning. I didn't know where the smell was coming from. So I went over by the dryer and that is where the smell was coming from. I immediately turned the dryer off mind you that my husband and I always clean the lint from the inside and he had blown it out from the wall. Know I called the Home Depot Protection Plan by Allstate. I then submitted a claim and it was approved. The company called me and told me that they had received the referral and made an appointment and said that the parts would be delivered which they were. The appointment was made for the 26 of August which is today at 12:00 noon. No one show up. I called the company and now the person is telling me that nobody is coming and that she will have to schedule the appointment for next week. I had an appointment this morning in Tallahassee that I had to cancel because I didn't know if I would be home in time for my service appointment. I am pissed. Now days you don't know what you are buying. There are so many greedy people out there who want money and will sell you trash. And what needs to improve is stop lying to customers make sure that the appointment is confirmed the day before and stop playing games which I don't have time or the money for. I have been taking out clothes to the laundry mat and that's money and not to mention my gas,money to dry clothes, and my time. And also paid for the dryer and the warranty. I know that someone out there feels my frustration.

The piece was damaged when I received it. I was told it would be replaced but wasn't. I did have someone come to replace my new ottoman that had a tip upon arrival, with a used ottoman that was in worse shape and smelled horrible. It was delivered out the back of a dirty SUV blaring loud music at 10pm. I had multiple issues with trying to get pieces replaced or returned. Many times the showroom blamed the delivery driver which I knew wasn't true because I was in communication with the delivery driver. They also charge the delivery drivers time for returns so the mistakes of the sales get passed off to the drivers in pay. The bed was never even delivered as it had not come when expected so I cancelled delivery and had to go through my credit card company to get refunded. I never imagined that after purchasing furniture I would spend nearly half a year trying to get it right. I eventually gave up as it was so frustrating and gave the sectional away to a college student.
