We were supposed to get a call back a day later and we called back three days later and they ask us to wait another two days before we could find out what was wrong. (THIS IS JUST THE BEGINNING) ... we finally got a quote and said yes. Well we get another call back on the same day and they explain, how something else needs to be fixed and give you an additional quote and ask us for another 3 days for it to be fixed. Then another week and finally ask for an additional 3 days? (WTF?) Another WEEK goes by and they kept having us adding the price to the "small fix" we had call for in the first place. Not only they'd took so long to let us know what was wrong but they took longer to fix the problem. 3 weeks to say if our product can finally be repaired is the most unprofessional and absurd business. So we finally give up on our "expensive fix". You know what this "professional business people" did? They came within HOURS! the same day we called to pick up the remainder parts we don't need anymore. But we can't get an estimate AND SERVICE in one week? It looks perfect to me, smells brand new and doesn't appear to have been used. I probably shouldn't post prices as they likely have a variety of options but, when I was looking for a fridge, I had trouble finding even approximate costs for a used one... With that being said, I paid $350 for what looks like a brand new frost-free machine. I believe it's 15.6 ft.³ & it came w/a 6 month warranty. They also hauled away my old refrigerator at no additional cost. I thought it was super cool that they delivered the day after my first contact with them. Jose was very nice, helpful.
