I can highly recommend Gary for both flat and pitched tiled roofing work. I met Gary 10+ years ago,…read morehave personally observed him working on site and I was very impressed with the finished job on every occasion. I have observed Gary's work done for high level customers in Knightsbridge London (Wilton Crescent SW1), Rickmansworth (Hertfordshire WD3) & King Fahad Academy Acton. I think what impressed me most was Gary's attention to detail & his thoroughness. Roofing in the UK can be very challenging due to climate limitations and the very nature of the job. I have however always known Gary to do excellent work. I was impressed with Gary's work on the large Pitched roof job in Rickmansworth. This entailed handmade clay tiles, mortar edging tinted to a colour shade required by the client and a high standard of overall finishing. Gary also did excellent building work at the Fahad academy where a previous electrical company had in error placed an excessive load on the academy roof. As an experienced roofer Gary was able to advise and implement corrective measures. The heavy cabling/ piping was moved off of the flat roof & the load was correctly & evenly distributed across structural cantilevers. The required work & roof repair was essential & done to a high standard. The Knightsbridge client also had essential work for which Gary was approached and contracted in to resolve. A challenging glazed roof over a heated swimming pool/ sauna entertainment area needed urgent correction and repairs. Being Knightsbridge and the nature of the customer, exact precision workmanship & fitting was required. The clients personal Butler had a tight time schedule in which the work had to be completed. Gary once again did an excellent job to the satisfaction of the customer. Based on my personal experience and observation, I can highly recommend Gary for similar jobs. I have always known Gary to be a man of integrity that has delivered on agreed work. I have personally only experienced positive feedback on work done by Gary. I highly recommend Gary for roofing and similar building related jobs. Yours Sincerely Andrew L

** DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY**…read more When you're in the process of moving house these are the last people to hire unless you fancy more stress and weeks of trying to get your money back. They did a shocking job on the first clean, not cleaning any of the cupboards, barely even hoovered, dust still everywhere. As you can imagine this did not please our landlady or the estate agent. They company said they'd send someone round for the second clean, this person showed up without any cleaning equipment and had apparently been told she was only going to be recleaning the windows despite me sending 20+ photos of the flat post-clean and asking for a full reclean to be done. Following this, I asked for my money back, weeks of chasing emails and phone calls only to eventually be told that "there were people living there when we cleaned and this was not acceptable", this is a complete lie - the flat was entirely empty for both visits as we'd moved out the week before. I ended up having to pay another cleaning company the same amount again to do a proper job. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY, I CAN'T SAY IT ENOUGH.

It's a small flat. 3 hours every two weeks is normally needed. 6 hours resulted lesser in this instance. I didn't have the time to get the results I wanted. I hired these guys. They cleaned it. It's somewhat cleaner. It's not a deep clean though. £126 and I have to clean myself. It's up to you but I won't repeat order. It would be a complete waste of money. Especially as I was told it's too late to raise a concern once they have my money. Other options are abundant. I have pictures of the results but they're not interested. Live and learn. We called them to ask them to come back as per the 48hours guarantee but it has been mentionned they could not come back. The estate agent therefore had to use its own cleaner and we have been charged an additional £150. I asked End of Tenancy Cleaners for a refund and they refused, and also never admitted their mistake despite the fact we sent them many pictures of theyr bad work (received from the second cleaning company). I would definitely avoid this company in any case, bad work, no respect for the customer, ... Dont go to cheap, you will obviously be disappointed like we did.

At short notice at the end of my tenancy I arranged for a carpet and spring clean. After 2 hours the carpet looked like new, in fact I would almost suggest, in better condition than when I moved in, and the bathroom and kitchen were spotless. Both of the team who visited me were very professionalism. I had to work at home that day, so they worked around me, asked informed questions about what I wanted and delivered what I wanted within the three hours pre-inventory 'cleaning window' I'd foolishly set myself. The booking process was also foolproof, it was a simple call, a confirmation by email and both of the team arrived promptly on time and in good spirits. The cleaner in particular worked tirelessly, I came in at one point to find her standing on the sideboard cleaning the top of the cabinets, something that I didn't even think of and a level of detail that showed that she knew what she was doing, and what my agent might be looking for. At £43 for a three hour through clean and £95 for a 4 room (heavily stained), carpet clean, this really was a bargain! I wish I'd had them around sooner!
