Unfortunately the part that failed was obsolete and even if it could be found, would cost over half the price of a new washer. Jorge arrives as scheduled and does a replacement with a genuine part and all is good... except not. The ice maker tried to live but in the end refused to reliably work... call Jorge the Appliance Master and he arrives on time with tools and declares the unit d-e-a-d. THE IMPORTANT BIT - he got the replacement and returned as promised, against traffic none the less!, replacing the old unit quick and sharp. WHY? is that the important bit, Billy? because service after the sale, especially warranty service, is how you tell the good providers from the GREAT in any field.
