I rated H&H 3 stars for their additional assistance and resources aside from food, it's only fair. The photos attached to this review are in regards to their food drives. Lots of mishandled, rotten and molded foods. The condition of the items provided are inedible, unacceptable and a waste and should not be provided to anyone. However, their pantry consists of more variety, you get a personal shopper to assist with your selections but I will advise anyone in need to be on the lookout for freezer burnt and extremely outdated foods, both fresh and boxed. I would advise H&H to put more caution in their inventory because everyone is entitled to fulfilling and fresh foods. H&H also accepts donations and provides local resources for healthcare, child care, employment and other local pantries. I encourage anyone in need to reach out to H&H to schedule an appointment for assistance.

The cashier makes sure I found everything. When she is checking me out she makes sure she charges correctly. I haven't met one employee that wasn't helpful, respectful and glad to take care of their customers. Every time I have been at Goodwill in Dandridge, I notice they treat everyone this way.

I'm a marine veteran so when I actually won the girl told me that they would take my ticket. Put it in an envelope and they would pay it in a couple of days. I said okay cool. I asked if somebody might want to buy the ticket from me so I don't have to come back cuz I don't live here. I was just passing through. I won again while I was waiting which was cool. So I also gave her that ticket and then I sat on the next machine and won $850. I was feeling so nice and happy that I offered to give them $200 to give me the money today so I don't have to come back. The commander offered to buy my ticket for $500 and we came upon an agreement of $600. We shook hands and then some other Commander. A fat bald guy came out and said we only paying prizes like a barbecue grill or something. So at this American legion if they don't know you, they'll make you think you're going to win. So you'll keep playing and then cheat you out of your money.
