Before Speranza opened I was going to Pedros around the corner from this place which is ok but not great (6/10). Back on Speranza The wood fire pizzas are great and staff very friendly. Pricing is at the high end but it's genuine wood fire pizza so you need to expect that. I highly recommend the belissima and "the lot" (supreme). I would personally stay away from chicken as I found the chicken breast to be dry however please don't let this put you off this great little place. The shop itself does have some basic seating however I would recommend it is better suited to take away. Overall I rate 5 stars (9/10) over 20 odd visits.

When we picked up our pizzas and went to pay by credit card we were asked to pay with cash and had to walk to the ATM (their credit card facilities weren't down - they just wanted cash payment). We decided to make sure the first go wasn't a fluke and our second attempt was just as successful. We ordered a BBQ chicken and 'The Pizza' and both were winners. The bbq sauce wasn't too overpowering which I find too commonly with BBQ chicken and 'The Pizza' had a nice kick with chilli flakes.
