When I had my roof evaluated after this past year of storms, my roofer (DRS of Central Florida, Inc.-another great company!) noticed significant hail damage to my roof and suggested I contact my insurance company as I had a legitimate claim. I was lucky in the fact that DRS highly recommended Florida Family Insurance to me five years back when I was looking for competitive insurance quotes when I got my roof evaluated back then. DRS handles a number of Florida Family roofing claims and he said the process should be straight-forward and simple. I was hesitate at first, but I was amazingly surprised on how well the entire process went. Most of the success of this claim must go to Mr. Rubin Sanchez, my claim adjuster in Orlando, FL! He came over that same afternoon to look over the roof, asked me a few questions, took pictures and assured me that Florida Family would take care of the damage to the roof. In less than 2 weeks, all the paperwork (minimal on my part) was approved and a check was provided to me to cover the insured cost of the repairs. I called Mr. Sanchez and personally thanked him for the effort and professionalism he displayed throughout the entire process. He answered any questions I had and put me at ease at all times. If you are looking at getting a competitive quote for your home insurance this year, you must consider Florida Family Insurance.
