There is always some kind of problem -- either the package is delayed, arrives opened, or something else goes wrong. I have even received packages that were already opened and had items missing. On another occasion, my package was marked as delivered, but it was actually delivered the following day. It is an extremely frustrating experience. Whenever I see that my Zara package is being delivered by Sonic Transportation, I already know I'm going to have problems. Terrible service and a carrier I have absolutely no confidence in.
