Very good work. They pieced together a broken marble top that seemed irreparable. And made a new piece that matched it exactly. So I ended up with two marble top tables! Ken is very professional and responsive. I highly recommend them! read more

We have a high end travertine stone farmhouse style sink imported years ago from Turkey. Unfortunately, our garbage disposal went out and in the process jarred the sink and caused a small crack. Of course I came to YELP to hopefully find someone to fix this travertine crack and Ken from Marblelife contacted me within an hour. I told him I had a need for someone to evaluate and repair this. He was able to make arrangements for his technician Ken C. to come out same day to evaluate. To make a long story short, within two days, my travertine sink was beautifully and professionally repaired by Ken C. The workmanship was quality. I would highly recommend Marblelife. The only negative was that in there ad it was stated that initial evaluation was no charge, however I was charged $50.00 for initial consult visit which Technician Ken C. seemed surprised at when I gave him the check. It would've been nice if they would've applied this amount to the total charge. Not a deal breaker however Update 7/9/23: I had mentioned in my review I've been charged $50 for the initial consult when it was first stated to me through the ad that consult was free. I just wanted to make note of this and II had mentioned in my review I've been charged $50 for the initial consult when it was first stated to me through the ad that consult was free. I just wanted to make note of this and I did not request a refund. Would like to share with everyone that Ken from this company sent me a $50 refund without being asked to. He told me the very beginning that their goal was customer satisfaction and to satisfy the customer. Thanks Ken for your fairness, I did not expect you to refund that to me. I appreciate it. Ken Rogers came out and was thorough in his recommendations as to how to clean and seal the travertine flooring and provided a very reasonable estimate. Then Ken the technician came out and went above and beyond in cleaning and sealing the travertine flooring. Yolanda M. read more

Original meeting with Ken was great. But I didn't receive a call the day before about what time they would arrive. I had to call them. And when they arrived to do the service, I don't believe they had the right tools to do edges of tile for cleaning which they had to do by hand, which look nowhere close to as nice as what the rest of the cleaning on my tile does. I expected a lot more. read more

Ken did a beautiful job cleaning and sealing our limestone floors, which were looking dirty 5 years after being installed! He was fast and professional, finishing in about 3 hours, and the floors look just as they did when we had them installed! I've also had Beacon Carpet Cleaning clean my wool carpets, and they also did a nice job (which is how I found out about Marblelife). I highly recommend both companies! read more

Ken from Marblelife came today to clean my Travertine floors that were beyond dirty. We bought a 1934 square foot condo on the 3rd. Floor in San Clemente ( no elevator) almost s year sho. After many months of remodeling, the floors were the last thing we had to do. Poor Ken had to drag earthing up to our floor and never complained and was such a hard worker. Did a great job and we are delighted to have everything done and for this to be the end of stuff to do before we enjoy summer. He also came to my home about 2 years ago in Villa Park and did a fantastic job there too. His boss should make sure to take care of this guy do he goes to loose him to any competitors. read more

After 30 years the marble tiles in my entryway were dull and stained in some areas. They came out and looked at my floors, offered a fair estimate and scheduled a date for one of their craftsmen to work on the floor. After Mike Rogers from MarbleLife Dallas was finished, my 30-year old marble entryway looked as good as new, shiny as I remembered when we built the house. Such a huge improvement. Their process was excellent, including communications beforehand and during the work. I would offer my highest recommendation to the MarbleLife of Dallas. 817-318-5786. read more

I had a designer marble gray bar that got wet and someone placed a tray on it and the tray was there for months leaving a huge nasty stain and calcium deposit. Marblelife's approach made the most sense. The professional they sent had been doing this kind of restoration work for 20 years. This guy explained why this sort of stain happens and how he was going to fix it. An hour later my bar looked better than new. I recommend them and will use them again! read more

So I accidentally got super glue on my marble table and I thought it was permanently destroyed but I called marble life out to see if they could fix and I am amazed at what they did. The table looks better than when it was brand new and the super glue stain totally gone. Julie Ortiz and mike Anderson were awesome. Thanks Kevin read more

Andrew, Matt, and Joe were punctual, respectful of our home, and most of all skilled and professional. From the beginning of the process with Sean's proposal to final cleanup, couldn't be more pleased with Marblelife. Andrew patiently answered all our questions, and the final job of cleaning and sealing newly constructed tile floors, walls, and granite counters was better than we expected. Definitely recommend. read more

I have to share this carpet cleaning company with you! I usually am very nervous about having my carpets cleaned because they never get all the stains out and quite often leave my carpet feeling rough and stiff. Not so here! BEACON CARPET CLEANING, INC. IS THE BEST EVER!!!!!! My carpets look brand new, feel soft and the stains are all gone. David was the gentleman who cleaned my carpets. He was professional, positive, and he knew his carpets and how to clean them. He even cleaned my couches. They, too, look amazing. I can't say enough wonderful things about this company and David. I am a VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!!! I'd give them ten stars, if I could!!!! read more

I would highly recommend Marblelife. They completely restored a marble floor in the kitchen that was dull and etched. We had tried so many different cleaners, but nothing brought back the shine or cleaned the grout. Bob Beveridge and Al Renchko, our technicians, made the marble look better than new. The grout too looked amazing. I am very impressed with the work ethic, the products, and the advice to keep the floor looking so good. So happy I found this company. You will not be disappointed! read more

I had previously had Marblelife restore my ceramic tile floors. They did such an excellent job that I again reached out regarding a marble vanity top. We had considered simply replacing the vanity top, however we really liked the color and texture, and as the Marblelife quote was very reasonable, we decided to see how a restoration would come out. I was able to make an appointment for later in the week. Ken C (not to be confused with owner Ken R - both great guys by the way!) showed up on time and did a fantastic job, restoring the 50 year old slab of marble to its former beauty. It looks like a brand new slab and it dramatically brightened up the room! We could not be more pleased. Ken C is friendly and knowledgeable and explained the process thoroughly. He worked quickly and efficiently and tidied up completely upon completion. I recommend Marblelife highly and without reservation. read more

I recently purchased a home that had very damaged, dirty stone floors and bathroom. The marble floor in the entire downstairs and the entire master bathroom floor, shower, tub surround and countertop needed to be restored. Ken listened to what I was looking for in the restoration of the stone and delivered exactly what I wanted. He arrived for our consultation on time and the work was completed exactly when he said it would be completed. I am keeping Ken's number for future restoration projects on other homes and also to maintain my stone surfaces. Thank you Ken! read more

I had an appointment with Marblelife at 9:30 A.M.today; I had discussed the work that I wanted to have performed by the company several weeks before work execution date; I mentioned that I would be interested in honing and sealing the marble floors and the marble tile treads for the step up to the Jacuzzi tubes in two bathrooms;I discussed with the owner that more than one grade of abrasive would likely be necessary to acheive the desired result (with regard to the diamond honing pads) The crew arrived a half hour late putting me behind with regard to my schedule for which the company owner was completely unapologetic and defensive; The work order was nothing like I had discussed with the company owner; I wanted all marble surfaces honed as had been done by a marble floor service company out of Orlando with excellent results but this company wanted to just spot hone the marble surface areas; When I expressed my concern about the spot honing creating a non uniform surface shine the owner responded by stating that I was trying to tell them how to do there job and then expanded this theme by saying I was telling him that they did not know what they were doing; Again a defensive posture of platitude (none of those things were said or otherwise implied by me) ; He also mentioned that their company could not hone the marble tile treads at the time of work order execution but apparantly had no problem with this feature when we discussed the work prior; For all of the aforementioned , I would never consider using this company again or recommend it to a friend or relative; It is unforntunate that the customer never realizes what kind of job there getting unless they have a standard for comparison as I had with the real professions out of Orlando. read more

Ken Colbert did a spectacular job on our marble countertops in the kitchen. We had another company come out to polish them and they did a pretty mediocre job. However they did recommend Marblelife and Ken and we are thankful for that. The marble countertops had been pretty etched from citrus and other liquids. After many hours and a lot of hard work, they look like new. Would highly recommend Ken and Marblelife. read more

Set an appointment to have them replace some travertine but they pushed back the initial appointment back an hour. That's fine I understand people can be late. After one hour they said they couldn't make it. I couldn't wait any longer so just cancelled. Never got a chance to use their services. 2 stars cause their people were nice about it but at the end of the day rescheduled my afternoon to accommodate them and they didn't even make it out. read more

Be careful. Remember that scene in Leave it to Beaver where Beaver does a bad job of cutting somebody's lawn on the downlow, rings their doorbell holding out his hand expecting money. Well, that's Marble Life. I had them over to repair a seam in a granite counter top. But, what they really wanted to do was polish all my granite. So, they said they would do a small spot to show me what it would look like. Instead they did a big crop circle and said isn't this great? Now, for a small sum they would do the rest. I declined to have the rest polished and they said my crop circle would go away in a few weeks. 6 months later this crop circle will most definitely be around for years. Pretty shady business model. I called to ask if they could reverse the crop circle and they said they could pour acid on to my granite. I said would that hurt it? They said not necessarily. Are they serious? In other words, I'm screwed. Thank you Marble Life. read more

We just had Marblelife clean our Travertine stone floors throughout our main level (kitchen, dining, living, bathroom, & entry). I was recommended by the company who we usually use to do our carpet cleaning and since travertine wasn't their specialty, they referred me to Marblelife. I called to set up a consult to get quote and Linda was super nice and was able to set up the consult with Ken the next day. Ken was very knowledgeable and let me know what to expect with the floor cleaning. He then gave me a very fair quote. When the guy came to do our floors he was very professional, respectful of our home, and also knowledgeable. The cleaning went incredibly quick and we are very pleased with the outcome! read more

Ken was very knowledgeable about stone. He came out and polished our marble shower and we thought it was good when he left. However, after showering we noticed some areas that he missed. We called him and he came out the next day to clean up those areas. The shower looks great! We will use them again. read more

In March, 2011, we called Marblelife to do some repair work and polishing of our Travertine floors, mainly the kitchen. Unbeknown to us, what we purchased turned out to .be very low grade and there were many flaws. The servciceman who came was very polite and professional, explained the process to us very throughly, told us of the pros and cons, and helped us select the method which would give the best results. And we did get beautiful results and were very satisfied as our floors looked nicer than when they were new! Due to my husbands extended and much unusual traffic in the kitchen, the floor took a beating and once again I am going to call MARBLELIFE to come to my rescue. read more

I used Marblelife to clean my limestone tile floors. I found Ken @ Marblelife to be careful, pleasant and honest in cleaning my floors. f there were 10 stars I would give them all to Marblelife! They did an outstanding job cleaning my dirty and damaged slate floor. There were 3 very large spots that were almost impossible to get out but they would not give up until they were all gone and the floor looked almost brand new. I think Ken came back three times to make sure the 3 spots were totally gone. They went over and beyond the call of duty to please me and they certainly did succeed. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. I will be using them for all of my future projects. Thank you Ken for a job well done!! Debbie C. Huntington Beach read more

Hats off to Ken from Marblelife who rejuvenated our marble and tile floors. In one half day of hard work he restored floors with years of wear to museum levels of shine. A serviceman was to be at my home between 9:00-9:30 ....no show...no call....what a way to run a business!

Marble life cleaned, polished and regrouted the travertine flooring and bathroom counters and showers. Ken, was very thorough in his bid writeup. There was no confusion as to what they were to accomplish. His crew that did the work, Ken (a different Ken & Danny) were amazing. They did an exceptional job and you could tell they had ownership in the results and were proud. All of that to mean, I got what I was looking for and then some. All I came in contact with including the office manager were professional & courteous. read more

Don't let the name fool you. Marblelife are stone experts of all types! I have a custom travertine stone barbecue/grill countertop that needed repair. I asked Marblelife to come by to assess and bid the project. They came prepared to not only bid but complete the work. They were careful to not over commit on the results and were very thorough explaining what went wrong with the stone and how they would go about repairing it. The results were outstanding! Their work was so impressive that I contracted with them to clean and polish my indoor travertine flooring. read more
