I was not impressed with the parking lot, for it is falling apart! Needs some love, we parked far away and the uneven lot could be harsh if you do not watch your step! Lots of gutter sales folks. The folks we did stop and talk with were outstanding. Will come for other events.

The appetizers, salad, Cabernet braised short ribs, the country cornbread stuffed chicken were a hit, everyone raved about the food. Sunsphere Events staff (specifically the owners and operators) were extremely rude to us and our family on our wedding day, but also neglected to set up a third of the tables and chairs we'd requested and they had approved. A third of our guests had to stand through dinner and while everyone remained in good spirits, this is very frustrating from our perspective. We even had some guests who left before dinner because they couldn't find seats. In follow-up emails they've been untruthful to us in order to cover up their mistakes, and they also claim they were not rude when we had everyone who interacted with them directly tell us otherwise. It's incredibly frustrating to have an otherwise perfect day marred by such an incompetent and gross company. I would absolutely recommend having your event at the Sunsphere, just wait until a different company is running the venue.

Brittney showed us the bins of breakables by level and let us choose to our liking. They were a bit pricey for what you get to break, and also compared to other rage rooms we've been to. There is a bluetooth speaker in the rage room that you can connect to if you have a playlist in mind... although midway thru our session, during a quick cleanup, our friends were asked to turn down or stop playing their playlist while they had the door open because "Tim doesn't like" the type of music they were playing. We were also surprised that there was only one room set up for raging so we had to decide how we were going to take turns breaking things on the guard rail walls. One of the cool things they do here is take pics and short videos of your experience on a GoPro and text a link for viewing. We will return for another rage session, but will also probably bring some of our own breakables to add instead of donating them. They advised that they charge for that as well.

Susan and her staff are so talented, helpful, and friendly and they expertly piece together charcuterie boards and boxes that truly fit any occasion or dietary needs. For my work event boxes, they were able to alter a box slightly for a gluten-free attendee and clearly labeled that box, too. Much-appreciated. The shop itself is so cute, nestled across from the Cedar Bluff strip of shops/Kroger. It admittedly took me far too long to realize that the entrance is not directly under their building sign, but through a walkway to the left of Hound Dogs. There is an adorable little patio setup outside the small shop. Inside, there is a descriptive menu, some merch, a cooler holding both orders and ready-made items for spontaneous munchie needs. There is also a large selection of doggie treats. Their website is descriptive, easy to order from, and customer service fabulous if/when you have questions.
