By freak chance Stevw was walking by as I stalled out on the shoulder with the hood up & hazards on ...He offered to help! It turned out to be something a little more involved . It was a Sunday & this-guy went above & beyond to help me. So honest & reliable. He took my phone # and kept in touch with me through the day ... He had some. things to do but promised to come back to look at my car As I spent the afternoon with family, I left my keys with the hotel valet ... Steve came to the parking lot where I was able to leave my car & worked on it right there ( I ended up getting a room for the night - as I wasn't sure my car be fixed by days end. ) Steve bought the parts & fixed my car with his helper Zach. Luckily it was just the Intake sensor ( & air filter) & less than 3 hours later & $400 my car was running like a charm. Steve followed up with a phone call a few days later to make sure my car was running good & I got home to NY SAFE . it was a pretty amazing experience - a single woman traveling alone & from out of state - - Amyone could hav taken advantage of me in that situation & I thank the universe for putting Steve. in my path that day! I hope he sees this review because I just can't thank him enough for his honesty & hisgenuine concern ! So again, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart!

He advised me that they had purposefully set this up so that the pumps will not work to take payment so that people have to come inside so they can make more sales. I'll be avoiding this one from now on because when I'm in a hurry, I don't need to be standing in line behind people buying lottery tickets.

But if you're looking for the BP/Circle K that's closest to cranes roost, this is it. Location is great, in walking distance to cranes roost park. Today (3/10/22) they are installing brand new gas pumps. I used to come here on a near daily basis. They used to hold on to their employees really well and I could say to them by name and they would ask how things were going if they hadn't seen me in a while. It was nice to be noticed and missed, ngl. But, something has changed in the last 6-8 months and there has been a lot of turnover. This led to some problems. For example: The soda & ice machines weren't getting cleaned properly and that black gooey mold was coming out with the ice and there was some gross build up around the hole where the ice comes out. (Needless to say, I owe a thank you to them for kicking my soda habit. I'm a silver linings kind of gal, haha.) In all honesty that was a scary gross health hazard and I'm glad it has now been resolved. There is still a lot of turnover with employees so I am concerned these issues could get neglected again. Not sure what has caused the extreme turnover but glad things started moving in a positive direction again as far as cleanliness. I'm obviously not coming in daily anymore, but I'm hopeful to continue to see improvement. There has been some remodeling inside the store, and like I mentioned above, they are putting in new pumps today. They have cold beer to grab for your cooler for a beach day. They have lots of snacks. Need to air up your tires? I think it's $1.50 and the machine takes credit card because who has that many quarters on hand. Lol. Basically, despite the downhill turn this location was taking, they've now been turning things around in the right direction. I hope they can get back to normal soon and also maintain it....and I feel hopeful they will. Hence 3 stars. Once some time has passed and if they achieve this I'll update my review.

I purchased my car wash at the pump when I filled up my car with gas, but the receipt never printed out, so I had to go into the store to get my receipt. Ugh. When I drove up to the car wash, I realized I could have just paid right there with a credit card. No need to get gas if you just want a car wash. Also, you still have to put your credit card in the gas pump - unless you have the Chevron app. I never like to put my credit card in gas pumps, but I had no other choice. Get with the times - Apple pay should always be an option.

Although pricing was discussed, there was no mention of the ETA based on my location which he felt was the responsibility of me, the client, to ask. The website states 30 minutes or less and right before ending the call I was told I would receive a link to make my payment and if I paid within 2-3 minutes I would have someone dispatch to me within 20-25 minutes. I paid and no one called or showed up. I called back after 40 minutes passed just to be told the driver was still 15 minutes out and it was my responsibility to ask about the ETA. Even though your website says 30 minutes and you personally told me 20-25 minutes after payment. He then went on to say they dispatch drivers out of maitland, FL so it would be 30-40 minutes. Why was I not told this initially prior to purchase? When I questioned him about the change and not telling me, he kept going back in forth with me then hung up in my face. That was extremely unprofessional and telling me not to call back after I already paid made absolutely no sense. Luckily, the dispatched driver showed up within 15 minutes because of he didn't I was going to contact my credit card company to remove the charge. It doesn't matter how good the service is you provide if your customer service is horrible.
