After a half hour of trying to keep my cool with the self arrogant lady at the counter who can't put the script down, she finally comes back from the shop and says they will replace one. ( the one that has the whole cap missing) I should of noticed when there was hammering going on during a tire balancing that maybe there's a red flag right there. So they completely ruin one of my aluminum lug studs and round off the heads of the others and wouldn't own up to it. The only thing that kept coming out of the ma'am's mouth was we've been open for many years and we didn't do that im sorry. I will not be going here ever again. Not to mention location sucks and they only post the good reviews on Facebook. Like what are ya hiding?
