I still live at Buckingham Condominium apartments and this is going to be my 10th year April 1st…read more The only 3 things I wish we had was a grilling area that isn't clear down the grassy area to the lower apartments instead of the center of the grassy area and a covered gazebo or an area to be able to have a covered picnic area. When I first moved here in 2016, we had bushes outside our apartment that really made it look so nice but previous owners had all those pulled up and I have yet to understand that and now it looks so drab and not as nice. There have been a few episodes of car vandalism in the last year but unfortunately this happens no matter where you go. The office staff have always been so nice with me and maintenance comes for repairs quickly. All in all, I have enjoyed my years here.

I lived here for 10 years. Buckingham is the best. These are townhouses. There's not someone living…read moreabove you or below you. The value is amazing. They are indeed older, built in the 70s and 80s, depending on the building. But that's why you are paying $700 a month 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath instead of $1300. There's no garden tub or marble counters. But it's nice and well kept, fresh paint and updated floors/carpet. They have maintenance 24/7. My experience was when something breaks, it's replaced or fixed within 24 hours. They are there. Pest control comes by on Thursdays, so you let the landlord know and they will be there. The lawn and landscaping are well kept. They have high standards. Quiet at 10pm and there is always a police officer living there. I felt safe. You have your own assigned parking place. It's just a nice place and the staff is wonderful. I enjoyed my time there. Then I bought a house. This is a great place for anyone starting out on their own with a budget or a small family. And last, the location is perfect. It's right in the middle of town, so you are within a mile of Kroger, Etown Swim & Fitness Center, Dollar General, pretty much everything!

I've lived here for a year and half and I'm kicking myself for not breaking my lease earlier…read more There's no way I would recommend this to people. I would have to add a disclaimer here and say that I'm a very quiet person and prefer to spend my evenings making a nice dinner, reading books or watching tv. First the complex is on a very busy street and all I hear all day is loud V6 engines and music roaring past and all night long I'm woken up by loud music and bass blasting from cars. Second, most of the residents of this apartment complex are young and like to play loud music, preferably while sitting outside in their cars for 30 minutes...because that's what goes for cool around here. Third, the apartment walls are so thin you can hear tv's and music as if you are in the same room, so imagine what it's like when they have parties. Fourth, the rent is pretty high, right now its $715 for a 2 bedroom. Considering you can get much cheaper apts around the radcliff and etown area and you think you're getting quality for the price, really the noise is not worth it. The inside of the apts are pretty nice and I've never had a problem with them doing maintenance, but being woken up all the time and constantly having my tv shows interrupted (it's so loud I can't drown out the noise with fans, tv, music, etc) is just not worth it for me. However, if you happen to be one of those jerks that plays crappy music with the bass cranked up and sit out in your car all the time thinking that you're the bomb, this is the place for you!! Fill out an application today. Better yet, want to take over my lease?

TERRIBLE! Stay away from here. All they care about is money. There was a new person working there…read moreevery time we called which was often since there seemed to be an issue all the time. Also good luck getting a hold of someone they don't answer their phones and leave the office early. Example 1 bathroom ceiling started leaking called the emergency line since it was not during office hours (no answer), they called back asked if we called maintenance. Had to explain to the employee that it was not during office hours no one was there and the ceiling leaking seemed like a "fix it now" problem. Example 2 No prior notice given and would just enter the apartment. Example 3 If something was broken and needed fixing they would find a way to make it your fault, then not fix it and tell you to pay for it. Now that we are trying to rent somewhere else, they have lied on forms asking about our rental history (which I have proof) and compromising any future housing we are considering. NEVER RENT WITH THEM!!!!

THESE PPL ARE CRIMINALS! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!…read more Charged me 2 month's rent for not giving notice even though they still accepted my money from the portal. Had to leave in a hurry because my car was stolen and I no longer felt safe living on Spring Creek Ave. I asked for more time to clean the place properly but the property manager told me don't worry about it and they have cleaning crews. Ended up charging me an extra $1300 for minimal dirt and wear and tear which included $150 for a dirty fridge and $600 to repaint the place for a few small holes left from a tv mount. I know they're gonna pay someone $150 to come clean the place and pocket close to an extra $1000 from me. Charged me $150 for dirty cabinets still trying to figure that one out. I'll spare you the details of how poor communication and maintenance response times were. Hands down the worst renting experience I've ever had.
